Helped us beat Stripe Smart retries and get back revenue we were losing

We started using Redux Payments because we were getting a lot of churn on Stripe. I did some research and found that failed payments can actually contribute a lot to overall churn. We didn’t have the bandwidth to build our own solution and Stripe’s smart retries only got us so far.

Honestly, the setup was way easier than I expected. No engineering work, no complicated integration, nothing like that. We turned it on and within the first day we saw payments get recovered that would’ve been lost.

A few things stood out:

1) It actually brings money back:
This isn’t “better insights” or fancy dashboards. We literally saw recovered revenue show up right away.

2) Consumer focus:
I looked at a few other solutions, but what stood out about Redux was their focus on consumer subscription businesses like ours. Their AI/ML is trained on B2C payment behavior, not mixed data from B2B accounts like Stripe Smart retries and competitors. That mattered for us because consumer payments behave very differently.

Redux is optimized specifically for high-volume consumer subscriptions, which is exactly why the recovery lift was stronger for us.

3)Low effort for our team:
We didn’t have to run a project, change our product, or monitor anything. It just runs in the background.

4) High confidence it’s working
Redux uses our past Stripe data as the baseline, so we always know if it’s performing better than what we had before

5) Fast results
The first wins came in quickly. There was no waiting months to see if it would make a difference.

If you use Stripe Billing/smart retries and failed payments are eating into your MRR, Redux is worth trying. It’s been one of the easiest wins we’ve had.
