We are starting the renovation process for our summerhouse and recently had our first online consultation with Reform. As an architect, I have a wide range of requirements and expectations, and I’m pleased to see that Reform offers highly professional support. We are big fans of Reform since we know the brand from couple of friends of us. We had a very professional online consultation with Rusne for our summerhouse project. We didn’t go for reform at the end but the whole planing process was easy and enjoyable.

I was initially interested in Reform’s Column design and received a quick and professional estimate from Rusne shortly after reaching out — great service! In the end, I decided to go with a custom solution through a carpenter due to the specific needs of my space, but I still love Reform’s products and unique design approach. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

Super nice product and helping you where they can!

I bought a small Muller Van Severen hdpe cabinet for the living room and we are very happy with the service and the special material of the fronts.

I have the Column wardrobe in grey, designed by Inga Sempé. It originally served as tall kitchen cabinets, and after moving, it now works perfectly as a bedroom wardrobe—super versatile! The design is timeless, beautifully and adds such an elegant touch to the space. It’s my second piece from Reform, and I love how effortlessly it fits with other furniture and works in different rooms.

Great experience overall. Professional consultation, smooth and easy design process. My stainless steel kitchen is now in production and I am looking forward to the final result.

We have recently bought a new kitchen incl. countertop, new appliances etc. and would not recommend it to friends or at least warn them about the process.

We collected offers from various kitchen providers ranging from IKEA basics with new fronts to fully customized setups before settling on Reform in the mid-price segment. And to be fair, after the kitchen has been fully installed, we are happy about the quality and design given that it is modular based and not customized.
However, regarding the price paid I would expect a more customer-oriented service throughout the process with less problems and headaches;
1. Lead-time between ordering, delivery and final installation took 6 months due to missed shipments in the process – expectations were 4 months
2. Misalignment between “design measurements” from Reform and what was actually feasible to build – needed to do significant adjustments to size of stovetop, lengths & height of kitchen during installation
3. Lack of communication around arrival date & time of deliveries – was only by chance that we were home.
4. Mark-up on third party items which wasn’t communicated – paid around 20% mark-up in the stainless-steel countertop.
5. Lack of engagement, ownership or responses from customer success team – would only hear back when we called the initial sales team and then still not actually got an answer to any questions or concerns mentioned.

It was very easy to comunicate and Ole answered to all our questions. Together we designed the kitchen of my dream, thanks!

A friend of ours has a PLATE design aluminum kitchen from Reform that caught our attention a few years ago—we’ve loved the materiality and design ever since. We recently visited the Copenhagen showroom for the first time and received a great online consultation for our own project. Very inspiring experience overall!
