I'm currently searching for a durable worktop to update my kitchen and recently visited Reform to explore their materials. The quality and finish of Fenix laminate really stood out, which I’ve seen elsewhere, but the detailing and craftsmanship here looked noticeably higher-end. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite brand for the Kitchen Cabinets! Love their collaboration with some leading designers, such as Jean Nouvel and Norm Architects. The details, materials and the color scheme making home feels more homey and inspiring!

If you want a kitchen that is different to the “run of the mill” design, quality and colour offerings of the normal companies, use Reform! Excellent personal service from a dedicated design consultant (mine was Sandra Sundwall) who follows you through the whole process and helps solve any challenges.

The Reform kitchens have clever solutions, high quality and provide all the felixbility required to create a dream kitchen. Very recommended.

I recently worked with Reform on a kitchen design, and although we didn’t proceed with the final proposal, I really appreciated the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and brought great ideas to the table. They took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful solutions throughout.

The overall concept and approach were solid — in the end, the decision came down to specific material preferences, technical requirements, and budget constraints. That said, I’d be happy to work together again on future projects.

Great service! Great products! Great online consultation with Rusne last week, even without visiting the showroom we had very clear overview of the products, prices and the planing process.

We worked with Mina at the Reform location in Berlin and had a great experience. We began with only a vague idea of what we wanted to do and Mina was able to help us shape that into a kitchen we are very excited about. She asked great questions, understood our needs, offered a lot of wisdom, and was very patient while we worked through making all the final decisions. Would highly recommend.

We had our kitchen designed by Dante and it is truly the kitchen of our dreams. Working with Dante was a pleasure from start to finish; she was really a partner in our process, listened to what we wanted (even in between our doubts) and brought it to life in a way that exceeded our expectations.
The design in itself is beautiful and exactly what we expected. The materials are both sturdy and elegant, giving the space a timeless feel.
In addition, the full staff was very helpful and all-in-all a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

I want to provide a clear breakdown of the major issues I encountered with Reform Kitchens, which ultimately made my $60K investment over almost two years highly unsatisfactory. I’ll set aside the minor issues like missing pins for shelves or decorative plates for drawers.

First things first: You don’t really buy a kitchen from Reform; instead, they sell an overpriced matching set of kitchen parts. After that, it’s entirely your responsibility to make it into a functioning kitchen. This won’t be easy, as they don’t provide assembly services, and the parts don’t always match. Let’s go over what you’re in for.

Incorrect and Missing Items:
Multiple deliveries included damaged, missing, or incorrect components. I experienced countless instances where I didn’t receive the handles I ordered, or received the wrong ones, or had missing hinges (which I ended up purchasing myself at a fraction of the price). In the end, the drawer colors were substituted without notice (grey instead of black), and Reform claimed this was a manufacturer’s decision. Now, I have black cabinets and a mix of black and grey drawers. The wooden countertops purchased from Reform were of poor quality and cracked almost immediately. This forced me to replace them (Reform did handle the replacement, to their credit), and I had to replace the sink at my own cost. The gas oven was installed under the countertop, creating a fire hazard. The manual clearly stated this shouldn’t have been done. Reform repurchased the oven but didn’t reimburse me for the plumbing and reinstallation costs fully.

Design Oversights:
The built-in microwave front was one inch too large, which the designer overlooked. This required the replacement of three front panels, ruining the symmetry I was promised. One additional panel had a surface issue. It took six months to get replacements, and the new panels are darker than the original ones, so now I’m left with the task of trying to stain them to match without damaging the rest of the kitchen (which I haven’t done yet).

Lack of Product Knowledge:
Poor design decisions led me to replace a side panel worth $1.1K at my own expense. Reform representatives declined to acknowledge the mistake on their part. Additionally, the handles were placed in the wrong spots, making it difficult for the doors to open properly.

Questionable Customer Service:
Requests for replacements or corrections were delayed repeatedly, requiring frequent follow-ups and additional time spent fixing issues that should have been resolved by Reform. This also forced me to take several days off work to deal with the issues, resulting in additional financial loss. The whole experience was emotionally draining, as I couldn’t believe a business of this cost would handle things so poorly.

In conclusion, the company’s lack of attention to detail, poor quality control, and failure to take responsibility for their mistakes should be a major concern. I would 100% not recommend Reform Kitchens—you can definitely do better.
