Very happy with my apple watch! After I ordered it, it took a while before it arrived (although it was shipped the day that I ordered it) but all my questions were promptly answered and followed up by Rini.

Slight delay with the order, but all was resolved after communicating with Joe. Updated me on the issue and provided me with a resolution. Very happy with my phone and the service provided. I would highly recommend.

I communicated with a staff member; Joe, I believe. He was extremely helpful, reassuring and negotiable in regards to the complex situation that had occurred. He kept me updated with accurate product analysis and the expected time of arrival, for my delivery. Giving me multiple avenues to work with, I settled with a fair agreement and am a very happy customer as a result. Great job!! & thanks for being patient with me ^.^

Bought a phone that arrived with a faulty microphone and restarts randomly at will. so disappointed especially during the time of the year when I need a phone to organise myself business wise. I doubt if this company took time to check this phone before selling it .

My iPad wasn’t working after using for several weeks, after lots of emails and the fantastic help received from the Customer Service team I was able to send it back and after a short while they contacted me to say it was all working and that they had already sent back. I received it today and is working. The customer service support I received really was exceptional, I have never had this with other companies so I would really highly recommend Refurb Phone Sales

I received a defective Samsung Galaxy Watch and returned it within 14 days, as allowed by EU consumer law. Instead of offering a refund, the company blamed me for the damage without proper evidence – just a photo and vague claims. Communication was slow, and after over a month of waiting, they only offered a discounted replacement. Extremely disappointing service. Be careful before ordering here.

I ordered a refurbished I phone 11 for my child as a birthday present it said 1-2 business days for delivery, great that would work perfectly I could pay through klana which helps the cost side of things.

I sent an email on the morning of day 2 asking where my phone was as I was eagerly waiting for the dispatch email and I’d heard nothing on the morning of the second day bearing in mind the 1-2 days at around 1530 I received an email apologising for the delay. Ok I thought then I received another email saying the phone wasn’t even ready for dispatch then I received another email telling me the phone had failed the quality control,

I started to become frustrated at this point as I wanted this phone within the boldly advertised 1-2 days! The next email read we have it in green and can send it to you today meaning I’d get it Monday/Tuesday. I replied that was not what I wanted or ordered please cancel my order.

Needless to say they closed for the weekend (not my complaint) and today being Monday I received an email to ask if I wanted the green phone I declined this as I’ve already been to a phone shop to resolve the issue myself.

The fact that that hadn’t even had the phone advertised ready to dispatch within the clearly advertised 1-2 days caused me no end of inconvenience then the Gaul to try and palm me off with something I didn’t want just astonishes me. If they’d just be honest it would save the me the customer from a tonne of hassle!!

My request for a refund has been honoured their one saving grace! Give them a swerve and go to the high street!!

The watch is functioning well

Phone took longer than expected to be delivered. Phone came with screen protector fitted but the protector was interfering with the finger print function. Ordered phone in Good condition which it mainly was but when I removed the screen protector there was several marks on the screen and one very deep scratch. Phone works well but I'm disappointed with the screen damage been hidden.

Bought apple watch. The watch was like new. Did not two sizes for the sport band like it should. But did get a QC charging brick. Good prices.

When I ordered the goods , it said 1-3 (working) days, it is 7 now and no information about the delivery. It was a graduation gift and the day passed.

Only got my Apple Watch in the post this morning it turned on for a few hours after I charged it but now after using it for a few hours it has stopped working completely I tryed charging it again and using a different charger but nothing. Not good enough.

I bought a refurbished Samsung watch arrived quickly and was in really excellent condition only a small scratch on the side but barely noticeable, came well packaged and with a charger.

It’s okay! I received what I ordered. Functions well.

The apple watch I bought didn't work. I bought it by refurbed.be Because I thought I would have it quick. But because it came from Portugal it took long. Now I have to sent it back to Portugal where they want to repair it. Instead of giving the money back. I leave on holiday next week and I wanted to use it on my trails.
