Justin was very thorough, giving my hearing aids a service, visually examining my ears and re-checking my hearing. Then adjusting my aids to compensate for changes to my hearing. All this was free, included in the hearing aid price.

Visited the Maidstone branch for my regular ears check and hearing aids tune-up; I was quite staggered by their painstaking and professional service. A very thorough examination of my ears, followed by wax removal, minor adjustments and updates to the aids and an in-depth hearing test.
Simply the best!

I visited the Sevenoaks branch for a hearing test with Nikki who is charming and very professional. I was hugely impressed with the thoroughness of the test and the information and details that she provided which showed my areas of hearing loss and, crucially, showed a route to suppress my tinitus. The test equipment is first class and her understanding of all the technical complexities is obviously very wide. Highly recommended.

Visited their Sevenoaks branch yesterday and totally blown away with their professionalism compared to an experience with boots hearing care. The difference is night and day.
My advice- go to regain hearing

I’ve been nagging my husband for years to get his hearing sorted. Eventually he went to the NHS and was given a hearing aid. It was uncomfortable and sat on the shelf for another couple of years. Last year he went to Specsavers and paid quite a lot of money for aids that were molded to fit. He didn’t get on with those either and the service from the Specsavers Sevenoaks audiologist was really poor and couldn’t get appointments when he needed support. He returned them and got his money back. Then I saw that Regain had opened a clinic in Sevenoaks and nagged him to give them a try. Third time lucky - from the very first phone call with Debbie, their customer service shone through. JJ is an absolute delight to work with, and gave a demonstration that made hubby agree to buy the aids that were recommended. I knew that we’d finally got a solution that would work when my OH put the aids in every morning and kept them in all day without any nagging from me whatsoever!! After care is brilliant too and JJ and the whole team continue to offer cheerful, patient and tireless support as we’ve both learned how they work and how to maintain them. Couldn’t recommend any more highly. We both miss the nagging though 😂

I have applied to rejoin the police after retirement and failed the Occ Heath medical. I attended Regain Hearing and Hamish and Justin gave great advice and treatment. The information on my hearing loss and hearing examination was passed to OH and they have now accepted me for the job. If you ever need advice for getting employment in the public sector these are the people to see.

The Maidstone branch of this company cannot be faulted.

Lovely receptionist who made us very welcome. A real shame my 80 year old mum had to wait forty minutes to be seen, especially as she was very nervous in having the procedure done, disappointing from a service that is usually better!

Used the Northfleet clinic for ear wax removal twice now and both times it has been both painless and wonderful.

Eltham Clinic - My audiologist Maxine put me at ease and explained about the micro suction procedure perfectly, always checking my understanding and asking if I had any questions. The technology was amazing- before and after photos of my ears and also graphs explaining the results of a test to check for any perforation of the eardrum etc.The micro suction procedure was painless. Totally blown away by the care, friendliness and service given by this clinic. Will be making regular visits to keep a check on my ears in the future. Thank you all so much.

Went to the Maidstone branch, nicest staff ever, reception and the person who did my wax removal were very accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable with the procedure and now I can hear again pain free! Will definitely be returning.

Anxious autistic adult daughter needed wax removal from ears. Maxine at Airport House, Croydon was wonderful. Answered all my daughter’s questions with great patience.

Procedure was swift and pain free.

Would highly recommend and would use again if needed!

I attended Regain Hearing at Northfleet, Kent, for removal of excess ear wax. The procedure was expertly carried out by Joanne, who fully explained the process beforehand and ensured I didn't suffer any discomfort at any time during the treatment. It was accordingly as pleasant an experience as it's possible for ear wax removal to be.

Recently murdered one of my hearing aids whilst cleaning them, Regain Hearing's Northfleet branch sorted them out iwithout a problem. I have now used both the Eltham and Northfleet branches and both providea an excellent professional service.

The experience at Regain Hearing is nothing short of excellent. Clean practice, very knowledgeable staff, and a cup of tea on arrival!

I am a pensioner and have had problem after problem with this company. I have been supplied with various hearing aids which none of them have been suitable for my hearing defect. I have asked Lee for a refund on many occasions, only for this to be avoided and supply me with a further hearing aid, some being obsolete. My letters are being ignored and no refund is forth coming. I would not recommend this business and avoid at all costs.
