I am a pensioner and have had problem…
I am a pensioner and have had problem after problem with this company. I have been supplied with various hearing aids which none of them have been suitable for my hearing defect. I have asked Lee for a refund on many occasions, only for this to be avoided and supply me with a further hearing aid, some being obsolete. My letters are being ignored and no refund is forth coming. I would not recommend this business and avoid at all costs.

Amazing service
Amazing service Kirsten spent time explaining what would happen and it was so good to actually hear properly again after such a long time of muffledness. Shop and treatment room were so clean and nice staff were very welcoming.

Hearing tests / Tinnitus treatment
I had Lindsay and Lee to check my hearing as I play the guitar and always one note sounded flat. I too needed hearing aids and since having them I no longer play notes that sound flat.
