I called the week before and the manager was helpful. He sent me an email to inform me that the bed was ready for collection. I rang up to pay the balance of my account. On the day nothing was too much trouble and the guys moved a bed to my spare room. Such kind and helpful guys. They made my day. IsThank you so much Heidi.

Really good service. Paul in the shop was very patient and helpful. We got exactly what we needed for a good price. Only thing I would say was delivery was expected between 10 & 10.30 so the 08.50 arrival was a little unexpected but that's only a minor part

Buying a bed made easy.
Having arrived in the island with no furniture, I went to Regency to enquire about beds. There was a wide range of beds, but having explained my specific requirements i was given advice about those that met my needs with courtesy and efficiency. My selected bed was ordered, to be delivered in a month. It arrived a few days early, was delivered, assembled and the packaging removed by polite and businesslike Regency staff.
