Very good training course. I came into it not knowing what to expect, I had little knowledge of FSVP. I found that printing the entire manual and then highlighting points made during the videos, made it much easier to pass the Chapter Reviews. I have a feeling I will be referring back to the manual as time goes on. Scott was very helpful in getting the program started when I had a few questions. Thanks! Rick Daly
