I thought the material was broken up into good chunks although after about 10-12 minutes some of the sessions seemed to drag on. The "attention monitor" is a good touch to ensure people are not doing too much multi-tasking. I was required to take a HACCP training course and frankly was not looking forward to it, but I must say that I found the material very interesting and I have a new respect for the people who run our food supply system - thank you!

Very thorough. Difficult in places, had so many things that I was not familiar with, but interesting at the same time. Tests were very difficult at times, had to retake some of them several times but I felt prepared for the final test. I hope to go over the information again while we still have access to it.
