Some things in the training are explained very quickly. Thankfully, you can go back and rewatch the videos as many times as needed. Also, it is reviewable for an entire year. The included internal auditor training was a nice addition.

Very thorough, in my opinion. Well organized and laid out. Convenient that it can be done at your own pace within a year of enrollment. Quizzes after sections is great.

The course is efficient and effective. The documents included could be better organinzed. As we try to develop our program, there is a lot to weed through and sorting through the documents is challenging.

The program /training compared to other courses I have taken with different companies was put together well. Being able to train at my own speed and time was very valuable. I really liked the PPT that went with the training as I could follow along and write my own notes.

Had to re-take the final test because after I passed the final test it doesn't clearly tell me where to click. When I clicked on the checkmark & tried to move on, it stated that the portion was incomplete. I had to click through the entire presentation to do the test again!!!

This course is very good. The part about the audits is very useful! I'm working in a good industry and it helped me to go deeper into my job and understand a lot of new things. I recommend it! I'm french mother tongue and the vidéos and documents are well explained and clear easy to understand.

The information was well represented. My only suggestion is that the quizzes (specifically when it came to the building, facilities portion etc), were very specific on wording versus testing on the general understanding and comprehension of the material. For example, a question would be asked related to Pathways between building... answer choices were 'Neat and tidy' or 'Well maintained' etc....... The quiz here was more so trying to confirm if you remembered the exact wording, versus the understanding of what the material was trying to teach.
