This company and software is one of the best I have dealt with. I have done business with this company about 6 years, and they have always delivered. They are constantly upgrading and adding new features, plus they are always adding case studies and other content to help new and old investors.

This is also the only company that I have dealt with that you can ask a question in the user group, and the OWNER OF THE COMPANY, will chime in and answer many times.

The value is a steal for what you get. Highly recommend!

It's a great product that I have used for several years, I use it to present to my lenders and the product has consistently improved over time and is extremely inexpensive for the value that it provides.

This is what every investor needs, I’ve been using this tool to analyze deals in just a few minutes and also generate professional presentations for investors, sellers, builders, myself!!! Must have tool when running feasibility reports!!!!

This product is hands down the best rehab calculation tool out there. The company has added so many more features, training, content and support it's hard to think there is a close second in this space. If you are serious about flipping, investing, rasing private money, building, etc you would be a fool not to use this.

Rehabvaluator has absolutely been the best RE purchase I made in 2021 and so far in 2022. It helps me create professional looking presentations, it does the math for me, and it helps me know whether a deal is the right deal for me, just by populating the fields with the information on the property.

And the customer support is excellent.

I'd recommend this software for anyone who is serious about real estate investing.

What I love about RehabValuator is literally EVERYTHING.
The software does SO many things for you once you have your seller leads. This software helps you to *analyze whether the lead is actually a good deal under various scenarios, it allows you to *Find Owners of a property (which is usually the updated information for the owner that populates), and provides the ability to *create nice, informative presentations to show potential buyers, sellers or lenders.

There are *regular enhancements to the software, and then there's the *other free courses that the company offers that provide a wealth of information on operating your business and the *program is affordable for mostly anyone.

*RehabValuator is one of those companies that goes BEYOND your expectations and does not charge you your life for it! Their *Customer Support is out of this world GREAT, and the *software overall brings so much VALUE to the table.

Because of all the above - the software program is something I want to keep.

And as a side note: Tonight I had a phone meeting with someone who wants to JV with me on a couple deals he's found. We met on another Investor's platform. So, the new JV Partner keeps mentioning how he has this great (secret) software that he will use to create the presentation we need, etc. He kept on mentioning "this software I have" and never mentioning the name of it. I could tell he really valued it and wanted to keep it his mysterious, prized possession! However, when he first mentioned it a few days ago, I knew exactly which one he was so excited about and why! So, in this next conversation we had, he mentions this *special software again, and I could not help myself; So I said "You MUST be talking about REHABVALUATOR!" He laughed and said you're right! Do you have it too?!!! I said YES! I'm using it too! And I love it as well! We were both so tickled!

Got this software from day one when it was an excel spreadsheet. It has come a long way and I use it with all my deals. It has gotten me funded with my presentations

I love this program and Daniil always produce for me and for everyone to educate, help and teach the way its done in this business and how to make deal easy to understand. Great software for running deals! Keeps you from making dumb decisions when buying your deals. Customer service is very helpful!

I have been using Rehabvaluator for almost 10 years to run our nonprofit community development company. We buy abandoned houses and rehab them for Veterans and the underserved population. This software has made our business run for almost a decade. For the minimum cost it offers a tremendous value. The help we receive if we have any questions is the best in the industry.

Being new to the industry, I was totally lost as to how to value projects effectively to get the attention of investors. RehabValuator was godsend

I've had rehab Valuator for two years now. It does so much that it's hard to explain everything and why each component is so important. Here is a description I used to help someone on the Facebook group for RehabValuator that may help explain how I use it. If you can relate to this in any way, it most likely will help you too.

"I have two things I like most, although it's all important. 1. When I get wholesale offers in my inbox, I take the ones that appear interesting, open the program, enter my "standard" costs based on my past experiences ( yes it takes time to know this), and see if the bottom line shows a profit or not. Thanks to the program, too many times to count, it showed me I would either lose money, or barely break even- for a "deal" that looked like a deal initially. 2. Once I enter the info, I click on "comparables". I shorten to 6 months, and make the bedrooms the same, and allow for a 1/2 bath add'l ( just to see more houses in the area). The comps tell me everything I need to know - are there any, last sale date, etc. I don't care what a wholesaler says the ARV is...these comps are from real public data - that are the actual sales in that area. I'm an agent too, but I can get the data faster this way than signing into my MLS. The rest of the program is for when I actually have an interesting deal on my hands and need a presentation to my banker, private lender, etc. The last thing is for a contractor- with a scope of work built in- but that takes time, and only when I get to that stage. If you're asking if the program is worth it...Look at it this way...one deal bought wrong can ruin your year - the program could save your hide for a few bucks per year, Anyone that can't understand this really should look for another industry - seriously."

This is a wonderful software Danill put together. For every step, there is a tutorial to help you.It offers alot and they're constantly updating it. If you need REI software, this is the way to go.
