I bought the program in March 2021, and I used it twice, and I indicated the I didn't want to renew it when I called them. I called because I had problems login into the account.

One year later, they auto renewed the service, 3h days later I contacted them to issue me a refund. I was told that they have a 30 days refund policy, and since I bought it last year, I'm not eligible to get a refund. This is the most insane policy I have ever heard of. Prospective customers, beware.

Buyer Beware!!! They automatically renewed my subscription that I didn’t renew. I made it very clear upon initial sign up I didn’t want anything to auto renew. Today the payment posted on my credit card and I called to advise them I didn’t renew. I was told that I was still going to be charged $397 for the year but a note would be put on my account not to renew for next year. Who does business like this? They can clearly see I haven’t used the service and to still charged me just to get the auto renew money. This clearly shows you how they are making their money. I thought Daniil Kleyman was a more stand up guy than this just goes to show you anyone will do anything to make a buck.

The software is fabulous. We have watched most of the training videos in it, prepared 2-3 presentations already with our logo attached, sent out links and PDF's to our buyers lists and have gotten very positive feedback on the professionalism of how it enables us to appear to our clients now. This is what we were needing to button up our deals faster and more efficiently. You did a great job with your creation, training and upgrades. The new mortgage information is a big help also, to judge equity, ARV's etc.

THIS SOFWARE TOOL IS AMAZING. I have been building proformas on spreadsheets by hand for ever.... Now that I found this Rehab Valuator Tool, I am so happy. This tool takes all the work out of the proforma and report building process. This will really make you look good tom investors and help you dial in the details of the cost... best money I have spent.

This software is vastly underpriced for the value. The proprietor is well known for giving more than he receives in revenue.
He also writes for the future - forward looking articles which enhance real estate business.
If I had to choose between any available real estate software and could pick only one, I would choose RehabValuator premium version, every time!

This software is very easy to understand even for a newbie like myself!! Much more buck for your money Then a lot of the other software is on the market.

Following years of info from and investment with other real estate service providers this is the one true provider of nothing held back instruction and valuable tools that we recommend to others continually; nobody else compares.

Everyone at Rehab Valuator is always so super helpful. I have signed-up to several different sites over the last few years and can say with absolute honesty that Daniil & co. are far and away the best. Daniil has a (sometimes annoying) habit of telling you what you "NEED" to hear, not what you "WANT" to hear. That is the sign of a good teacher, and a good leader.

Best real estate investing software I’ve found by a mile! Great support, actively making it better, and always asking for feedback on how to make the software better for its users! Can’t beat it, period!

The software really does speak for itself. Sure you can spend more money and get less, but why would you? Between progressional looking reports that are organized and easy to real, comps, data, and all the other content provided that’s above and beyond. What other options are there? None to this standard!

This is by far the best continual content that I have found. Always new info that has helped me immeasurably. I'm so happy with all the information available. Keep learning.
