I ordered two keybord amps online. It was an easy, no messing, purchase. They delivered almost immediately, The amps arrived securely packaged in properly sealed boxes - unlike stuff bought from other "big-name" companies. In future, Reidys will be my first port of call for musical hardware.

Reidys are fantastic. This was expertly packaged and in fantastic condition. Working for a music retailer myself i understand the frustrations with couriers which i did have, however the fact that i got this for £499 with free express delivery is amazing. I would shop with these guys again, they are the real deal.

Ordered an acoustic from the online shop. Arrived damaged. Contacted customer service by e-mail and followed up by phone. Was advised a replacement would be sent when the new stock arrived(in a couple of days) and to exchange parcels with the courier. Received a replacement 3 days later. It was double boxed to give extra protection. Very impressed with the speed and how well Michael dealt with this.

Items never arrived. I only ordered some plectrums. The "Express" delivery cost twice as much as them and they never even turned up. After chasing it via their web chat and emailing them they said they would send out some more (I don't believe they sent out any in the first place). Weeks later and nothing. I emailed for a refund and got no response. There is no chance I'd ever buy anything from this store again. Avoid.

I ordered a competitively priced cello case online from Reidys, but when it arrived, I realised it was inadequate for my needs. Returning such a large item purchased online was potentially daunting but the staff who dealt with my request were so pleasant and helpful, even providing advice re parcel delivery companies. I even got a reassuring email update to say they'd received my parcel safely, and then subsequently, they processed a refund once they'd had the chance to inspect the returned case. I am so impressed by their customer service and commend them highly.

Guitar in mint condition and correctly set up. Would highly recommend purchasing from this retailer and that is coming from buying guitars from other companies which didn't go that extra, for customer satisfaction. Thanks.

Had to book a new Squire Mini Strat in for a set up at short notice (it was a birthday gift). The work included intonation, change of strings, adjust the action and the neck. What a fantastic job they did - completely transformed the guitar from its factory delivered settings. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and very helpful. They have set up a few guitars for me now and always do an excellent job.

Amazing guitar shop, absolutely brilliant. Paul, the owner, is a lovely guy, they have a great choice of stock and are always happy to sort out a great deal.

Well ………what can I say……mmmmmm
The guitar arrived in an Epiphone small triangle box soaked by the rain my wife tells me and a day late. When I came in at the weekend it had dried out somewhat wrinkled and totally underpacked for the journey and so lucky it wasn’t smashed to pieces which it wasn’t. Took it out of the packaging which was also wet and wiped it down. Put it on a guitar stand to acclimatise and dry out for 24 hrs. The guitar looked unscathed really, but on weighing it it came out at a whopping 9.4 lbs ( Epiphone spec is 7.5 to 8.4) so a bit too heavy really for an sg. Also at closer inspection one of the bridge pickup screws had been rounded off so impossible to adjust.
I filled in their return form but after a week I’m still waiting!!!!!???????
I repaired the situation ( another set of strings and another screw+ half an hour of my time) and decided to keep the guitar as it ( after my setup) plays and sounds fantastic really, I now love it especially the fretboard it’s amazing really.
My point is this: Reidys don’t give a damn, once they’ve got your money they loose interest, on ringing them they got a little girl to get rid of me not wishing to speak to me about this.
If you buy something from them and it’s fine then you’re ok. If it’s not then you’re in the brown stinky stuff.
Look at all the other reviews and you’ll see no replies to them. That’s bad, very bad.
There are plenty of stores like pmt, gak,fair deal music, and guitarguitar who you can get your gear from which is what I’m going to do for my next couple of guitars.
Avoid folks and you’ll avoid a load of hassle.

ordered item weeks ago, seller did not have it in stock and did not process refund reasonably quickly, still have no item or refund, had to open a paypal dispute. I would avoid this store, there's plenty more and better ones.

I recently purchased a brand new Gibson Les Paul (Standard) from Reidys. Good price, but there is a slight inperfection in the binding which Reidys have agreed to address. Thanks

Purchased a Gibson bass on line. Excellent help from Michael whilst acquiring information and negotiating the price.

Purchased at close of business on a Saturday and it arrived Tuesday morning - from the Northwest to Hertfordshire.

I’ve never seen a shop package and a guitar so well. They put extra foam and soft cloths inside the Gibson case and taped down the internal storage box so nothing could escape and scratch the guitar in transit.

Enormous attention to detail for safe and secure shipping.

I usually use Thomann - less so now since Brexit is slowly ruining our economy, has devalued the pound against the euro, and now we have to pay import tax.

I have gone back to using GAK who are an excellent shop; but from now on next time I’m buying anything I’m going to check Reidys first. They have completely won my loyalty.

Customer service and competitive advantage has declined dramatically amongst the major players such as PMT and gear4music, so it’s great to discover a new shop that has OUTSTANDING customer service.
