Very impressed with the service given by Reids Samuels in particular Sat I was looking for a rental with the “wow” factor Sat was the only firm that really understood my requirements. Sat was especially flexible over multiple viewings and made sure I saw all the options available and helped me to decide which property met both my lifestyle and my budget!

Hands down the best experience so far with a letting agent Satnam took into consideration our budget and what we have to work with and really produced some amazing viewings we are currently here for the next 14 months for work purposes so we needed to settle in ASAP with COVID-19 a lot of viewings at the time we’re not being taken Satnam provided social distancing guidelines allowed us to view the properties while Maintaining all precautions temperature checks were taken as was a track and trace system of all whom his letting company have come into contact with so such reassurance about these practices made us ever so comfortable viewing regarding the property we found a apartment a stones throw away from the tube allowing easy access to and fro work we have recommended to all our over seas partners Reiss samuels for there time spent here in London uk upon searching for a location to stay.
I felt the referencing system in place is long winded but apart from that we are very pleased thank you to the team at Reid’s-Samuels and a even bigger thank you to Emma Collins who decided to go out of her way and sign contracts just gone 9pm due to train delays

I have to unfortunately write a negative review for Reiss Samuels, due to the treatment we have received from the Managing Director.
Trying to get clarification about the property my daughter was about to rent, I had to deal with the MD. They say it is never the problem that is the problem, but the attitude of how the problem is handled. The MD showed little self-control and handled all questions and requests with the utmost annoyance, arrogance, and disrespect.
He did reply to every single email but was evasive and extremely economical in his responses. I believe he is convinced because he is replying to emails he is delivering excellent service and being cooperative but he ignores the fact that by continuously referring back to THE document that generated the uncertainties in the first place is not helpful, answering only about 20% of the questions leaving all the other uncertainties unanswered, changing the topic by asking something totally different, fabricated conversations and by changing his tune is sadly not service at all and definitely not cooperative.
His way of handling not understandable phrases and rental procedures in the contract made us feel not looked after and realised that we could not trust how he would react/behave if there would be a ‘real’ problem in the year of rent. The risk was just too high to take. It became evident that customer (the tenants) service is not his strength and definitely not in his interest.
Due to Reiss Samuels’ Managing Director, we have decided last minute not to go through with the rental and therefore he is solemnly responsible for his client (the landlord) to have lost trustworthy tenants that would have looked after his property with the utmost care.

Reiss-Samuels provide a excellent service I am dealing with Emma for a flat in isle of dogs. She answered all my questions with clear explanation.
Moving is a stressful time for anyone I liked how Reiss-Samuels really looked after us although at one point we felt we would lose the property due to references not completing in time.
The only negative point I would say is Reiss-Samuels expect references to be completed within the set time frame and are very strict on the time frames given but overall I had to give 5 stars

Very Knowledgeable and explained the process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in Letting properties.
Once I paid a booking deposit she was very quick at responding to any emails I had.
The day I signed the contract I went to the office and she once again spent time with me going through the whole assured shorthold tenancy agreement
