This decision was made by an unbiased third-party disputes team after reviewing all information from both sides.

Item received on 26/03 same day I've sent them email shows expired 04/26 not 30/04/26 plus their discounted item be within 3 months of expirey not in a week you can check contact emails plus in your reply now still you claim expired in 6 weeks.

I didn't have a good experience with the company, because they sold me a Cosmelan 2 cream, and when I went to collect it, the cream was open, so dry that it was cracked, and dark in color because it didn't have the lid. It was out of the box, and when I refused the product, they offered me another supposedly original one, but I would have to pay 22 pounds more. I refused and asked for a refund.

However, because of the nature of these products and their ingredients, changes in texture or appearance can occasionally occur.
Whenever this happens, we are always happy to offer an exchange. In this case, we offered a replacement product that was not part of the promotional sale, which is why there was an additional cost of £22.
