It was very easy to arrange online and pay for the survey which was a good price compared to other surveyors.
The appointment to view the property was arranged very quickly and it took place within 10 days of arranging the survey.

The report was easy to read and understand it covered all points needed to satisfy me that the property was a very good purchase.

The report covers many things and included photos which other surveyors do not include. The points raised to advise on issues was very helpful.

Appreciated the thorough survey and valuation from Reliable, and really appreciated John the surveyor taking the time to have a phone call with me afterwards to discuss in detail the points he'd flagged. Made this stressful process a little bit easier, and did so while beating some of their competitors pricing. Good choice if you need a survey done.

We chose to do a survey very (very) late in the day and rpg managed to book us in within a couple of days & get the report back to me the day after the survey. Really helpful, explained everything very clearly and the report was very clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend.

Best home survey experience I have ever had. The report was thorough and delivered within a couple of days of the survey and the follow-up discussion with the surveyor was extremely helpful -- with the offer of a further discussion if necessary.
