Reliable Property Group are Reliable!
Reliable Property Group were commissioned to do a Homebuyers Level 2 survey. They have been professional, reliable, polite and made every effort to ensure that survey was done in good time and to the standard they uphold. The report was sent to us within less then three working days, and it was comprehensive. We also had the opportunity to discuss with the surveyor following a receipt of the report. I would highly recommend them and also would use their services in the future.

All my interactions with the team at Reliable Property group have been very good and i always received prompt responses to my enquiries. The report was very detailed and allowed me to make an informed decision around my purchase and going forward will also inform me on what maintenance work may be necessary in the future which i personally will find useful.

The survey report was just as Reliable said it would be. Very detailed and thorough, with additional photos and impartial advice given which we found very useful. Initial discussion about the survey with Jordan, booking through Rhiannon and after the survey, on the same day, a conversation with Josh who gave an overview of his report. He also said he would be available for any questions that we may have later on. Fantastic customer service and worth every penny. Would definitely recommend Reliable👍

Reliable Property Group - Great service.
My experience with Reliable Property Group was great from start to finish. The price I paid for my Home buyers report + Valuation was very competitive compared to other quotes. Not the cheapest though, but the customer service from their consultant David Z, to the booking agent Monique H, to the amazing Kim D, that carried out the survey more than made up for the price. I was carried along through out the whole process. And they were quick to respond to my emails/ answer my questions. The Only slightly negative was, I felt like I was lied to in terms of the actual appointment date. I had wanted a quick appointment and David assured me there was availability and could fit me in for the day I wanted if I made immediate payment. However, the actual appointment was booked for a week later, which in the grand scheme of things, wasn't too bad, but I would have preferred to be told the truth about appointment dates availability from the onset. The survey was done on a Thursday and was advised that the report could take 5 working days. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the report on Monday and it was very detailed and thorough. Kim also called me, a few days later to discuss the report and answer any questions I had. Rhiannon also called to get a feedback on the service I received. All in all, I honestly can't fault their service and will gladly recommend them.

I had a very easy and positive experience with reliable surveyors. We are first time buyers and didn’t really know what we were doing. From start to finish reliable surveyors were helpful and prompt. We got the survey done within a week of enquiring, a call straight after they left the property and the actual report the same day!! Would highly recommend .

Solid and reliable service
I was really pleased with the recent survey that Josh conducted for us as part of the house buying process.
Josh was prompt, reliable and exhaustive with his report and feedback - he gave us a quick ring immediately after his visit to share high level observations and that was followed up by a comprehensive report on the next day. We had another detailed discussion on the report and the findings therein.

Beware
Beware. We paid for a house survey over 6 months ago to establish any faults in my 86 year old mothers house. The first surveyor stated in the report that the house was of brick construction which it is not! The second surveyor sent called some time later and we never received a corrected report. We requested a refund due to poor service and have heard nothing back. Will shortly be taking them to the small claims court. Read from this what you will.
We won the court case against this company and are now awaiting the full monies awarded by the court. I will update here if paid or not so that you as a consumer can decide if you want to use this company.

Everyone was very efficient, polite and helpful.
Appointments were arrange very quickly.
I dealt with Jordan, Rhiannon at Reliable who were both exceptional as was Josh who carried out my valuation and the extension of it.
I had a detailed report the same day.
I would not now approach any other company to carry out this part of the home selling or buying process.

Brilliant experience with the surveyor John who was assigned to me, he was extremely professional and provided great guidance. Detailed comprehensive report
John O’Brien’s report is really easy to understand, it is very detailed and has clear action points, which have been essential as a first time buyer.
The survey was rescheduled once due to illness, but that wasn’t an issue for me and was communicated well.
I would definitely use this company again.
