Good service, quick, efficient and reliable.

NOT RECOMMENDED.
You are much better off booking with the airline directly -DO NOT USE this company or it’s partner Kindom Travels.
You will pay around 15% more with this lot and you will not get any extra benefits (like totally refundable tickets if you cancel and total flexibility on flight dates) over the airline whatever they promise. Further more they will take control of the booking and you will not be able to reserve seats or checkin online. They do this presumably because they will charge you extra for this kind of thing. You will feel frustrated, annoyed and wonder if you have been scammed.
We did ring the airline to check if the booking we had paid for was real but they would not give us access to the booking to reserve seats etc. It was only just the day before the flight that I rang the airline again telling them I couldn’t check in that they put our personal details on the booking so that we could do so.

Booked &paid deposit to travel to goa India. The invoice stated Genoa Goa . ( Italy) Reliance would not change destination till full fare paid which i wasn't prepared to do. Would return deposit. I tried to claim charges back from my C/C who says the travel company did nothing wrong and refused to refund deposit. Discusting and in my opinion very unfair treatment. Dont use this company!

I would not touch this company with a barge pole.
It is easy to mistake their website for an official airline "manage my booking" site. Having spoken to them if you receive an invoice from them having believed they were directly acting for the airline my advice is not to accept it, recheck with the airline concerned and stop any credit card payments you have made.
If you subsequently receive an email supposedly from Singapore Airlines containing this telephone number 0208 750 2708 you should be aware that Singapore Airlines say they have no such number.

I have just been conned. I was onto Singapore airlines confirming my booking and could not book our seats in business class. I asked as to why on chat box. This company phoned me up thinking it was Singapore airlines and they said yes no problem they could allocate our seats from Manchester to Bali. That has cost me £960. I don’t know how this has happened but I will complain to Singapore airlines re misuse of chat box
£560 has since come off my credit card but they are still insisting I owe it and should pay it. They are still insisting they are Singapore airlines.

/ we had very bad experience with travel agency (which justifies poor rating) with my family. Despite agreed contract for travel from turkey to London .miss sold the tickets, scammed me and my family, extra money changed,British airline charged me £55 plus £75 plus $107.35 just because they scammer and they wants to sell the tickets to the customer, this travel agent absolutely disgusted my family and my wife. Please think about your money because definitely you work hard to get that do not give it to scammers like this company.

I would not recommend to use this Travel Agency to anyone.

This company is a scam. They pretended to be customer care agents for Qatar Airways and charged me £160 for a fake airport tax. I fell for it- more fool me.
If you read the website text you get a feeling that they're too good to be true (and they have far too many good reviews on Trustpilotto be genuine).
Go to another travel agent.

On a number of occasions now, I've purchased some airline tickets through Reliance Travels. Each time, the quality of service offered to me is always second to none. Sarah really knows what she's talking about as well as how to stitch together even a complex multi stop travel itinerary, at the best price possible. I highly recommend Reliance Travel and particularly Sarah who is always so polite and genuinely helpful.
