I am so impressed with the quality of service provided by Emirates Airlines ..I have a fracture and need to get an emergency flight back to India from London asap..Jordan from kingdom travels coordinated with me and worked out the logistics for Business Class ticket and they are providing me the assistance and seat (all prices included in ticket price ) . Jordan was so empathetic and also the airlines who are doing their best to get me back home and have understood the severity of my situation …A huge shout out for humanity that they have demonstrated ✨✨✨✨✨

Do not use this company. They ask for money upfront and do not deliver. I paid over £300 for extra leg room seats and 2 lounge passes. The seats they gave me were Standard seats. They refused to pay me back the £156 extra I paid.
There are other reviews which are bad but these seem to disappear quickly. Don't believe the good reviews almost certainly posted themselves

DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY OR FLIGHTS WITH THIS COMPANY , they con you into thinking there enervates and other airlines , when there not , they con you , a lot more cheaper on other sites , so please BE AWARE , HOW DARE YOU CON PEOPLE , SHAME ON YOU RELIANCE TRAVEL , and try and get your money back well that’s a UNDERSTATEMENT 🙈

Exellent customer service.

Well it was a long long phone call: my bank refused my payment and warned that this company was maybe a scam. I was in tears as they had taken £100.00 deposit. Kevin talked me through each step kindly and with patience. He called me back several times so that I did not get lost in the system of bank checks etc.. He offered to refund my deposit if I was not happy and eventually we secured my return flight to Australia with comfy seats and a good timing schedule. So far so good. I will return with another review after the event. I fo so hope it all goes well. Thank you Kevin.

I was having trouble with booking on line so I phoned direct to reliance travels. I was dealt with OVI SHAW what a brilliant guy so helpful I am not good with these things but OVI. Was so patient and helpful. Out of 100. I would give him 150 👍👍👍👍👍

I wanted to book specific seats in Business Class but the on-line booking wasn't working so I requested a call back. I was called by Reliance Travel working as an agent for Qatar Airways. They took details of my required seats for four flights and also took my payment. A few days later I got confirmation of the seat allocations. Only one flight was booked as requested. Two flights had different seats booked and and one had no reservation made at all. I have tried to resolve through Reliance Travel but they blame Qatar Airways. I have tried to resolve through Qatar Airways with no response initially. I then raised with them as a fraud. I have had an automated response to this but no resolution. All this started back in October 23. What appalling service! I shall be taking further.

Amos has excellent customer service skills . Very polite and patient throughout the booking and very quick reply to all my queries . Hope if this standard is maintained in future .really appreciate his efforts .

David was amazing and helpful and supportive throughout the process of reserving our seats for our 1st burgundy experience with Qatar Airways ! It's our 15th wedding anniversary the day we depart to Thailand so I wanted to get everything in place early , David arranged all 8 seats for our inbound and outbound flights with patience and grace and has made what will be an amazing holiday even better ! Thank you David and Qatar Airlines , we can't wait to travel with you , David you are a superstar !

Jordan could not have been more obliging or helpful. He went out of his way to give us an outstanding service. He managed to obtain for us a fantastic deal to Thailand. Nothing was too much trouble. I was very very impressed with this travel agency and will certainly use them again in the future.

I like how patient the consultant gets to take me through to get the perfect solution.

Lee is my hero when it comes to travelling now. It’s so much easier to go to him when I need travel arrangements, instead of trawling through hours of internet searches looking for flights. I just message him now with my ideas for travel and he gets back to me with options and prices. He has consistently found better deals for flights for me than I could using google! He has just helped me with extending my holiday in Australia, getting a deal by using my original ticket as part payment instead of having to buy a completely new fare. I would never have been able to accomplish that by myself using the internet.
