Kept trying to change my days and flights after I paid. Lost all confidence in them and asked for a full refund - which I did get, but only after lots of...please keep your flights, I'm so sorry etc. they even went ahead and booked my flights AFTER I cancelled and said, your flights are ready and waiting for you. I had to stand my ground and insist on a refund as they were very pushy/overpowering. Based on my experience, I could never recommend this company. AND.... since posting this review, I've had 10 phone calls and 20 WhatsApp messages from them asking me to take down this review because they refunded me and said sorry!! Sorry they might be, but that doesn't change my experience with them and the continued harassment by this company. I have had to block them!!

The flight had not been booked through Reliance. Nevertheless, pretending to be a representative of Singapore Airlines, Jordan rang up convincing us to pay £85 for seat number allocation. The bank wouldn't refund the payment saying it should be reported to Singapore Airlines. The mills grind slowly!

Sarah my agent was very helpful and patient I found her polite and answered my questions quickly and honest

I had flights booked for my entire family and my sisters with the help of Amos. He is quite professional, patient and attentive.

He made the service seamless and certainly provided updates from time to time. Definitely somebody I would like to work with again on any future bookings.
