Came out of no where on the phone. Spent hrs talking to them and when I asked about seat pitch they had no idea what I was talking about. Long story short, turns out they are not kosher and after talking to my bank I got all my money bank. Avoid at all costs, they are not to be trusted.

Kind of scam, they took my money 148 to book a seat, already free with flight company. I Didn't reviewed and signed document, I m still waiting the refund after 18 days, with the promise (2nd time), I will have this week! Avoid! Who gave them my phone number?

What made my experience good with reliance travel is that Michael Robinson really try hard to get a good deal for the customer, especially knowing what the customer can afford. Michael was very helpful in every aspect , while we was on the phone. I am pretty much happy for this experience..
