Did not get FULL refund as promised by Air India of my cancelled flight.
Michael initially only wanted to give us £2350 refund out of £3150 ! ...Hello !.....look up the definition of " FULL" in a Dictionary !!
Michael wanted a cut of our hard earned money . We will never use Reliance Travels again. And we advise you also. If you value your hard earned money & want to avoid fraudsters & being scammed, stay away from Reliance Travels ! Not to be trusted
!!. Michael to date has refunded back only £2950. There remains an outstanding balance of £250.

Through Michael at Reliance Travels UK, I had booked Air India Flights on 25/06/2025 to travel to Mumbai. Said flights were cancelled by Air India with the promise of a full refund. 2 months later, Reliance Travels only refunds £ 2,800 of my original £ 3,150 paid. Initially, they only agreed a refund of £2,300. After several phone calls, they refunded only £ 2,800.They are thieves stealing my £ 350 after Air India confirmed a full refund. Stay away from these fraudsters.

Was a good experience especially the staff Mr. Micheal was very good, friendly, thorough and very concerned . Asking questions many times and he was making sure we understood and satisfied to our queries.

From the moment I called Reliance travel and spoke with Michael I was served with politeness, great customer service and most importantly Michael had a great level of knowledge of the travel industry and listened to our needs and catered for them accordingly. Everything went smoothly from the start of our booking to the end of our trip all thanks to Michael. We will definately be booking with Reliance travels in the future!

Initially, I felt skeptical receiving a call from a "suspected scam" number in London, although having tried to contact Qatar they confirmed they use Reliance Travels as a partner for transactions such as seat bookings, as I was looking to do. Farhan was very helpful and patient whilst navigating my questions to ensure we got the seats reserved for a number of flights I have coming up. Avoid RR Travel Ltd/Reliance Travel Agency, also known as Kingdom Travel, located at 132-A Woodlands Rd, Ilford, ENGLAND IG1 1JP. This company operates under highly questionable practices, with no legitimate office to speak of. A quick search on Google Maps shows a shady, hole-in-the-wall location, leaving no doubt about their lack of professionalism.

This agency is notorious for taking customers’ money and pretending to book flights. Closer to your travel date, they inform you of alleged “changes” to your booking, demanding an additional 30–40% in fees. They also exploit customers by charging outrageous sums for simple name changes—something airlines themselves often do for free.

Perhaps most troubling, this agency is not ABTA or ATOL certified, meaning your travel funds and plans are unprotected. The booking documents they provide are often sloppy, copy-pasted, and unconvincing. It’s a clear warning sign of a company that cannot be trusted.

They add insult to injury by using fake names such as “John Smith” or “Alan Smith,” even though staff clearly have strong Asian accents. One employee confessed that they are forced to adopt these pseudonyms to seem more trustworthy to British customers—an utterly unethical and offensive practice.

Reliance Travel is the epitome of a fraudulent, unethical business. For your own safety and peace of mind, avoid them completely. Book with a reputable, ABTA/ATOL-accredited travel agency instead.

Just been scammed by this company pretending to be Quatar Airlines charging £200 for seats from Edinburgh to DOA currently dealing with the bank. So angry at falling for this !

This "company" is operating a scam. I logged into my Qatar Airways booking to check if I could book seats. About an hour later this company called me purporting to be from Qatar Airways. They asked if I wanted to book any seats or add any extras and I said yes so went through the process. As I was about to give then my card details I smelled a rat as they didn't seem professional. I realised they were not Qatar Airlines and actually "Reliance Travel". There is no way a random travel agency who I didn't book through would have permission to make changes to my booking so they were just going to take £115 for doing nothing. Luckily I hung up before they could take any money from me. Please be very wary of this company. I am worried now as they have my name, address and flight locator.

This company is guilty of misconduct and fraudulent trading. I booked an Emirates flight with a trusted travel agent and then tried to book my seat directly on Emirates website which I was unable to do as it hadn’t been ticketed. I then received a phone call from this company who said they were Emirates and would reserve my seat. Unfortunately, I had already given my card details when I started to smell a rat and then I immediately cancelled the transaction with them. I was told I would receive a refund but this wasn’t forthcoming (surprise surprise). I emailed them and threatened them with reporting them for misconduct and fraudulent trading to the Insolvency Service and BBC Watchdog. I got my refund but minus a 10% charge which is also illegal. They are a UK registered company with an address in Essex but not sure where they actually operate from.

I want to bring to everyone's attention a troubling situation I’ve encountered with this company. They have once again deducted £375 from my bank account, which clearly shows that my previous review, where I mentioned their purported help, was completely misleading.

This company falsely claims to be Qatar Airways and has even made deceptive statements to my bank. They pretend to offer support when I raised my concerns, but it’s all just a façade.

Please be cautious and do not trust anything they say! They are scammers using sweet talk, operating out of India. NOT NOT BASED IN THE UK.

I urge you to steer clear of this company. They have deceived others, just like me. My main concern is their misleading representation as Qatar Airways, which only serves to confuse and mislead consumers.

One reviewer even stated, “I called Qatar Airways and Harry Kent answered the call, listening to my inquiry,” which is simply untrue and deceptive.

It’s crucial to be transparent; they should clearly identify themselves as Reliance Travel, not misrepresent as a major airline.

I possess clear evidence of the unauthorized money taken from my account, as well as a fraudulent signature on a contract that I never signed.
