Celcus TV remote had failed
The origial remote on my Celcus TV had become unwilling to turn the set off!
I bought the replacement, hoping for the best, and it is perfect.

Impeccable customer service
I emailed the company yesterday with a query about which remote was most suitable for my elderly TV. The company replied very promptly, with a further query answered almost instantaneously. I subsequently ordered the recommended (competitively priced with no charge for post and packing) item, and it arrived this morning. It was literally a case of, 'insert batteries and go!'
