Incredibly frustrating to work with these people..they chose a different shipper without even talking to me, a shipper I would not have used, charged me about $400 and didn’t include the paperwork and have argued with me every step of the way, as the package was received in customers without paperwork and to be delivered the rest of the way through the mail. So not door to door, not with paperwork, not the shipper I wanted and now arguing with me about how the final leg of this slow and expensive journey will be. Awful.
