Responsive and helpful customer service meant I could order my part in confidence. The shipping was fast and the parcel well packed. My item was exactly as expected, in perfect condition and fitted my application. My new part was no more expensive than second hand units I had looked at so all in all a win. I'll definitely be back should I need parts in the future.

I’ve used RGP for a few orders now. They have good prices and are reasonably quick to get the order out. I did email them to enquire after a couple of parts I wasn’t sure about and they responded quickly and were very helpful. I’ll be using them all the time now and not my local Renault dealer who are useless when it comes to ordering parts!

I ordered a very rare part for a vehicle. The company tracked down the part for me. Then the company charged me for 2 of these parts and sent me 2 of these parts. Now they refuse to take back the extra part they sold me. Not Happy.

Very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone, identifed exactly what part I required. Told that it was not in stock int this country and would have to come from France which would take around two to three weeks.
The part subsequently arrived in just over a week.
I would highly recommend for all Renault spares.
