Was sent wrong item returned and I am still awaiting refund after numerous texts sent copy of proof of delivery….,not even worth the one star - not sure who to blame for this??? Wowcher or the Supplier ‘Renew Electronics’

AVOID Disgusted by this company. Purchased a Apple watch . Didn't get the option to cancel item. It arrived , didn't turn on, no charger came with it. I have received nothing but stress from them since. Only contact is through Wots app, with Wowcher themselves. Alternative service. You receive nothing from them , only same old msgs from Renew Electronics. They did then say I receive a refund , which I am still waiting for now. They take your money and delivery money aswell and to return your goods. You then won't see your money again.

I strongly advise you not to use this company, they are appalling!!! Purchases a refurb laptop through Wowcher, £10 extra for delivery, it came and it was cracked all over, the USB port was non existent, sent back the same day which cost another £7.50, been trying to get a refund for 4 weeks now, there customer service team just fob you off, ‘youll have a refund by the end of the week’ never comes!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! And wowcher are a joke, there customer service team Wont help because its a third party!!

Brought and redeemed a voucher on wowcher for a chromebook laptop also paid for a case to go with it. The laptop arrived switched it on and there is a big scratch on the screen and the keys don't work also no case that I paid for. Sent various emails and also mails to wowcher and no response regarding the laptop just offering a £10 refund for the missing case. Customer service is shocking I will be contacting my bank. Avoid wowcher and renew electronics

What a fab bargain. Received my refurb chromebook and could not be happier. I now use it regularly and it has not let me down so far. This company deserves to be highly recommended for recycling and also a great refurbished product. Well done!

They sent me the wrong laptop, which doesn't even switch on, and they don't respond to messages. There's no other way to contact them other than the contact form on their website. Feeling a little scammed

Dreadful appalling service. Tried to return a damaged Chromebook but they refuse to respond to you, even resorted to lying giving dates refund would be received. Having to go to my bank to sort out. Best avoided.

The laptop I received was not an Acer but an HP, it also had a crack and a piece missing on the Hinge. Also the nose pad doesn't work and I never received the blue case I paid for!. This was meant to be a refurbished Laptop but obviously it wasn't. Very disappointed and I won't be dealing with you again.

When laptop arrived I was pleased to see that it was a better spec than ordered (Asus flip) so very happy !

The hinge case was missing and no charger apart from that great.

Since I’ve owned the watch it hasn’t once reached near full charge and it randomly cuts out even though there’s about 20-30%% battery life in the watch.

Bought a Refurbished A 13" MacBook Pro Core i5 8-500GB HDD on the 19th of September 2024 and paid an additional postage of £10,00. Was assured that my product will be with me before or on the 24th of September 2024. Nothing came on that day and I reached out to them, was told it will be delivered on the 27th of September 2024 at 16:30. Again nothing came and I reached out again to them only to be told that I will have to wait again until 02 October 2024 at 16:30. Given all these inconsistencies in delivery, I requested for my money back and was told that they can’t refund me, rather I will have to wait for them to deliver my product, in their own time, then I return the product to them and only then will they be able to process my refund which might take ages again to be processed. Honestly guys, Renew Electronics is a nightmare, their service is very pathetic, business ethic nasty and communication absolutely poor. Don’t use them

I got voichers from wowch for laptops when I got them both post was great took only 4days to get hear will not recommend to friend the first one ase scratches all over screan and groves over most of the lettering the second one ase cracks all over the edge of the laptop and again scream got chips out of one of the corners when I asked for refund I got no reply from this company and don't think I will I e asked my bank to look in to reversing the payment under miss leanding information this company should not be trading

Absolutely appalling company . I purchased 4 dell chromebooks for my grandchildren. The condition of 2 of them was extremely bad. They didn't turn on or off , they were permanently on. The casing around them were engraved with symbols from a sharp object. The casing around the keyboard was not fixed in place because they were bent and buckled. One of them had 3 cracks on the screen.
After numerous emails I was eventually given the return address. I requested a refund for both faulty chromebooks but heard nothing. I have just received 2 chromebooks through the post. I was not notified in any way that they were ignoring my refund request and sending replacements. This has been going on since the beginning of July 2024.
Customer service zero and I had to pay to return the faulty chromebooks to them.
I will never purchase anything from this company again or wowcher. It has been an utter nightmare.

had a refurbished laptop when arrived the charger plug did not work properly so returned it contacted them twice and have not heard a thing communication is not very good

The iPad arrived quickly and was in good condition, the only downside is we cannot add very many apps as the ISO isn’t compatible and you can’t update it.

I purchased a MacBook through the Wowcher platform and paid £12.99 for express delivery, as I urgently needed it for work. When the item wasn’t delivered on the expected date, I contacted their support team for an update. They informed me that the item was out of stock and might take another week to arrive, but they couldn’t provide any guarantees.

Naturally, I requested a full refund. It has now been two weeks since my request, and despite sending numerous follow-up messages, I have yet to receive my refund.

I strongly advise against using this company. It has been a complete waste of time and money.

I bought a chronebook spin on a Wowcher with this company. The only downside was I paid Express Delivery at £12.99 and it took 2 and half weeks to arrive with no refund for the additional postage cost.

Other than that, the chromebook is good condition, signs of use as would be expected from a refurbished item, but working perfectly well.

Well packed in an inflated bubble wrap within a secured box. Charger included.

Set it all up and used it a few days and all is good. I've recommended to several friends.

After a 1 star review I was contacted by Renew Electonics with a link to provide the type of help I require and an offer of a partial refund. Still early days but there is now hope at the end of the tunnel. The original review stated 'No instructions, no details for help or assistance so I can't even attempt to use the device until I get someone with computer knowledge to set the thing up'. Nice to see they do care about the customer.
