I purchased the Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus Software.
I looked at the review's on here and thought ok let's give them a go.
The experience was simple without drama.
Their comms were polite, informative and a sense of customer service was present as stated by other reviews.
The transition onto my Laptop was flawless without issue. They recommend uninstalling previous software so as not to cause problems when installing, but thankfully my Laptop had no previous iterations to cause issue.
I'd definitely recommend to others.
The price was fantastic also. I won't lie when I say I was sceptical about their prices being well below market value, but alas I had nothing to worry about as the software works as it should.

Easy, straightforward ordering, delivery of download information amazingly prompt, help with installation could not have been better and faster.

I had problems downloading Microsoft Office. The team could not have been more helpful with step by step instructions on how to activate product. Highly recommend.

Loaded easily change from 365 to windows 2024. A few problems not directly related to download were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thanks

An economical price does not come without its issues but the EE shop handled it in a way I would use them again. They were courteous, helpful and in the end solved the issues without any problem and I was left totally satisfied.

I had an issue in setting up Microsoft Office, thr staff at Electronics E Shop responded quickly to my query, offered excellent advice and resolved the issue within 48 hours over a bank holiday weekend. Well done.

I had problems setting up office. I was in touch with e shop by e mail and they helped me sort it out. I could not have done it otherwise. They were very helpful.

I bought Microsoft Office through Electronics-E-shop to replace my 2014 package and load to my 2026 desktop running Windows 11. The Office package was deleted when Windows 11 had to be replaced due to an installation defect. Electronics-E-Shop rescued the re-installation of Office through their comprehensive instruction sets and technical knowledge. Brilliant

Purchased microsoft office 2024 in December and loaded onto a back up laptop thought everything was loaded ok but turns out it wasn't when I tried to use laptop in March. Contacted Electronics E shop about this issue and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service. Helped me sort it out everything now working well.

You need a bit of time and patience. I bought the Office 2024 and followed instructions for installing on a brand new laptop. The new laptops come with a bit of Office 365 which prevents installing the download. I sent an email to electronics-e-shop and received advice to do the un-install which seems to be made particularly difficult by Microsoft. A further email was needed for help to find where to enter the key
I suspect that people might have different experiences but the help by email was prompt and I now seem to have it all working.

I had to renew my laptop at my holiday home abroad. It therefore needed a new download of Microsoft 2024.
Unfortunately, even though I could download through a 4G router the program would not run. Sharon took me through all the possibilities and checked that I was OK. Great service and we are up and running.

Customer and technical service was excellent. Dealing with my software problem promptly and without difficulty
