i purchased Microsoft 2024 professional plusx1,
installed all ok then 1 month later cant do anything i am blocked, i never received a product key.

Just purchased office 19 pro,the activation key did not work i contacted them through whatsapp,took a couple of hours to respond.They walked me through the telephone activation which worked first time of trying all good.

Beware! This is not a legitimate software company , they are scammers with very good marketing. I purchase Microsoft office & activation key would not work, tried emailing, WhatsApp no reply or help at all. I got duped… please don’t get scammed & do not buy from this company!

Shocking experience. Bought a product which was incorrect but impossible to contact the company for a return. No answers to WhatsApp, email, messages on the website. The idea they give 24 hour support is a joke. Customer care is non-existent. Don’t touch them.

I ODERED THE SOFTWARE WHICH HAD A BUG IN IT, TRIED TO GET HELP VIA PHONE MESSAGES ANS EMAILS BUT COULD GET NO RESPONSE SO I DID CHECK BACK VIA MY BANK AND GOT MY MONEY BACK
ON THE COMPANY CHECK SITE THEY WERE DOWN FOR DISSOLVING BUT I SEE THIS HAS NOW BEEN WITHDRAWN,
THEY USED TO BE IN LONDON BUT NOW IN CARDIFF
I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL IF I WERE YOU...EMPTOR CAVEAT!!!

After 2 days, I was finally able to reach someone to guide me with activation

I have tried to down Microsoft Office to no avail. I have tried to call them on WhatsApp, contact them on WhatsApp, email and messaged them and guess what ?
Yep no response at all !
I know it's no a lot of money but their web site boasts 24 /7 help and that's just no right. I feel now I've been conned .

I paid for MS Office Pro 2021 and 24 hours later still had not received my download link or key. Sent three emails and had no reply. I cancelled my credit card payment. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

The issue identified of compulsory wind up at companies house is true. I had already ordered Visual studio, this was delivered and it has installed and correctly registered. I hope the chap gets his issue sorted as he is a great resource for stuff I couldn't otherwise afford.

I bought MS Office Pro 2021 which was delivered very promptly but when I inputted the product key ready to activate, a message appeared to say that this related to the 2016 version. I sent an email request to customer service to remedy this but got no response. Likewise, I used the "contact us" form to send my request and again got no response. Later that evening, I sent another through WhatsApp and was surprised that I got a fairly quick response. Bottom line was that a new product code was sent and this worked perfectly.

Purchased an earlier version of MS Publisher 2016 as the latest versions conflict with the new MS 365 suite.
Tried to load several times. Just repeated error messages.
Contacted them where it took them several days to respond.
Retried the installation, no luck.
Requested for a refund. They eventually indicated a refund had been processed and expect it in several days.
10 days, nothing.
With modern on banking it should at least show pending within a couple of hours.
Certainly from the reviews, I would recommend, STAY AWAY. Their business practices and products are questionable.
Their are many other companies.

SCAM, I paid for a Microsoft Office single user and no code was send no email was received. I called texted and emailed countless times and no answer.

Is definitely a scam

I paid for and downloaded Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus. It took a while after I had paid, for an email containing the download file. On downloading and opening the file, I am faced with a message ie: Smart App Control blocked a file that may be unsafe! I have contacted Opensmarttech via WhatsApp with no joy! I reached out directly to Microsoft, who helped me activate Microsoft Office.
I would be sceptical to use this company again, as NO support given…

Bought MS Project but can't validate the software and have tried to contact Opensmarttech by Whatsapp and email for several days now without any response. Following the posting of this review Opensmarttech contacted me within hours and resolved the issue within minutes, just wish they had been this responsive when contacting them through their recommended methods.

Took a bit of time with my software to sort it but eventually did it. Friendly staff.

Right product, good price

Ordered office license and it didn't work, no support representative or any support in resolving this. Avoid this company at all costs, scammers!

Purchased Windows 11. The licence didn't go through, called Microsoft as advised by the troubleshooter, just to be told the licence wasn't legit, and forked out for a genuine one. Contacted Customer Services, and also no response.

Ordered MS Project. It took a few hours before the download link appeared. Downloaded okay, but keep getting error message when trying to install. I emailed to let them know but no response. I tried WhatsApp and still no support 9 days after purchase.
Consequently I missed a client deadline.
Will attempt clawback of money from credit card, but small recompense for inconvenience caused to me and client.
Fortunately only a small amount of money but a huge waste of time and effort.
