Easy installation- had some of my own security issues my end on a new laptop and they talked me through install with ease first time

I failed to download and install this software several times before asking for assistance. This was given immediately on request and the problem was resolved. An amazing price for Microsoft software

I was a bit concerned initially as some of the reviews left by others were quite damning, but I decided the positive reviews outweighed these. As others have already mentioned there was a minor technical issue with the installation but the Technical Support member of staff I dealt with was first class. The communication was prompt, friendly and very helpful and in a short space of time the issue was resolved and I was enjoying the product I purchased. I highly recommend Open Marttech to others.

Word of advice though, when awaiting for the digital copy of your purchase, keep an eye on your Junk mail box. The main email correspondences went to my inbox but not the product.

14/09 Ordered MS 2024 PRO PLUS total cost £71.94 to set up a new computer for my wife to use on her University Nursing course, which I received in quick time. As soon as I downloaded it I emailed them to say item received is the LTSC version which was not as advertised and not what I wanted and requested they supply a normal version. Not having a reply I then requested a refund. 19/09, the only time their phone has been answered, I was told I would be refunded but it would take about 10 days to reach my account. 14/10 they offered to change the LTSC version to the normal version, which I had previously asked for and if that had been done at the very beginning all would have been good, but I had already purchased a 2021 version elsewhere to set up for my wife, so I repeated I want the refund I had been promised on the 19th. 15/10 they said they “would request a refund and make sure you have it”. 20/10 they inform me their payment provider declined the refund transaction, so they offered an immediate and never expiring gift card, which I rejected repeating my demand for a refund. Since then I have received no communication from them, or answers to my emails despite the fact that they say “it was not our intention to mislead or ignore you” they’ve done a very good job on both counts, they also say “we are fully committed to resolving this properly”, and “we’ll make sure this gets settled quickly”, both of which are evidently untrue, to which I conclude they have no intention of reaching a resolution This is the worst business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I can, therefore, only give an extremely negative score and advise extreme caution, be sure of what you are buying, if anyone intends to deal with them

Ordered a Window Office program. 3 users downloaded program from link to be advised that the license have been used before. Therefore program not useable. Despite multiple & varied attempts to resolve this through Whatsapp & email to customer service no response. I would suggest people avoid at all costs

Why won’t people respond? Would like full refund on order 67026, fed up trying to contact you via email or WhatsApp

The person was polite and efficient and solved my problem immediately.

A great place to go for Microsoft licences.
Very slight admin hiccup with the Visio activation code but an email to the support team saw it resolved within the hour…and that was on a Sunday.

I would not recommend these despicable deceivers!
I purchased three software from them based on recommendation of someone, namely project planner, Office for Mac and windows respectively. However, the software worked only for a few days and them the issues commenced. They stopped working which ended up affecting my work, projects and professional life over all. They also guaranteed that you pay for once and could use it for ever, which is an absolute disgusting lie!
I have been attempting to reach out to them for assistance and none is available whatsoever!

At this point I am considering to report this to Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline or to Trading Standards if I do not hear from them, or they do not offer plausible solution. Therefore, I would like to warn other consumers to avoid facing the same headaches and wasting their time and money with people willing to sell us defective products and run away from their responsibilities.

Great customer service, excellent price. Had a small issue with my purchase but the reply was quick and my problem was sorted out very quickly.

TERRIBLE - I had checked them out and decided that despite the damning reviews, on balance it was worth the risk - that was a mistake... I bought Microsoft key - but no code sent by them - no reply to emails - no reply to Whatsapp messages - no reply to voice message - like others who buy from this lot, when it's bad, it's really bad
Had to go to credit card company for charge back and got money back that way

I received great support after deleting my MS Office 2021 from my old laptop. I had issues activating it on my new laptop and thought I had to buy a new license. The team guided me step by step, and after emails and screenshots, I successfully activated it. Every time I have issues, the team responds to my emails, even though I understand they are very busy. I'm glad my license is working properly without spending more money.

Fantastic customer service after slight issues on install of Visio Pro. Swift communication and help to resolve the issue

My pc was set up with office 365 and the installation was more complicated that a normal download for office 2019
Your technition guided me through the exercise and did a good job. Well done much appreciateded

Can’t fault them , had abit of nightmare trying to set up pc, customer service was a dream helped me sort it, then had an issue with the key sorted that for me as well. Highly recommend

Seemless process from start to finish. Customer support was very handy in assisting in inputting the activation number for the licence.

The download was from a Microsoft site which is a positive. Internet activation wouldn't work which is a little suspicious.
Had to use telephone activation which is long winded process and takes a while.
However, the telephone activation was successful and the price was very competitive so am happy with the purchase.
If this was an official retail key I would have thought telephone activation would have worked.
