Still astounded at the price....but it's legit! Bought Visio for a great price, few issues with installing alongside an already installed 64 bit version of Office but Whatsapp help was fantastic and walked me through the whole thing. I will be buying more from these guys!

I bought Windows 11 pro from the site to replace windows 11 Home. Things didn't go quite to plan as I think the installation thought it was replacing Windows 10; more of a Microsoft issue possibly. After emailing the support team, I got a fairly swift response with a link to intructions which worked like a dream, so I'm all up and running and happy.

I was unsure how to upgrade from Win11 Home to Win11 Pro without losing all of my installed apps. I emailed Opensmarttech (on a Sunday afternoon) and promptly received a link to a video which showed exactly what to do. Upgraded to Win11P Pro without a hitch. Great service and a great product,

Easy to order BUT no back up from them, I emailed them and phoned and left a message. I had downloaded the pro plus 2019 but didn't know how to enter and activate it, I gave up waiting for a reply at 6pm tonight and had to ask a neighbour.

I was really pleased with this company. I have successfully installed Office on my laptop at a great price, and when I didn't know what to do they were more than able to help.

After paying for years for Microsoft 365, which was massively more than I needed, I looked for a basic package for Word and Excel. I bought Office 19 very reasonably through Opensmart, so that I could access these programmes.
I’m not very tech savvy so ran into issues at the beginning, not being able to open the file etc. however, using the WhatsApp number, I got a rapid response and help. It included having to uninstall existing programmes.
There was a further issue when the validation key failed. There was a bit of a delay between messages ( but bearing in mind it was a Friday evening) and I thought I would have to wait until after the weekend.
However, Selbi got back in touch within a couple of hours and guided me through validating the programme.
Once sorted, it seems to be working perfectly.
Great price and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Really good service and very good aftercare with their Whatsapp IT team. I had an issue activating my Microsoft key and the Selbi IT Department was very quick to help me and activated me within the hour. Would highly recommend!

The procedures are usual and straightforward. The product is original and works fine. I definitely recommend it.

I was relieved & deeply grateful to discover that this was a proper company offering legitimate software. I did have trouble installing it at first but was given excellent support by their customer service team. I now have new Microsoft office software on my computer and didn’t have to pay the normal, ridiculously expensive price but it is normally solid for.

Bought MS Office Prof Plus and MS Project Prof on 6th June 25, had assistance with loading and they both worked well. On the 14th July had MS message window advising this MS product is not valid. Both products no longer operate, over the last few days tried email message and WhatsApp to get assistance from Open smart but sadly no response. Will keep trying to get assistance but not confident this will happen.

I’m pleased to say that both the systems are installed and working well. I was contacted by the company owner Sibi, who was extremely apologetic and he resolved the issues quickly and had the systems up and running.

Promp reply. Clear and concise instructions. Simple proceduresto download and instal.

Scam! This company wasted days of my work by failing to provide the correct activation key for Office 2024. I sent them multiple emails & left phone messages but got just one reply, promising to email an installation confirmation code to me. Nothing! No refund! I will now do an American Express Chargeback & leave Amex to deal with Opensmarttech!

The service I received was excellent. The replies were prompt and on point. They did not disappoint with their promises. I am totally encouraged to purchase from this business again and I totally will. Thanks for your help.

I paid for a product did not get a download link contacted customer support they sent me another link which my antivirus picked up as being dangerous. I re-contacted the provider. They said they would give me a refund but never did stay away fraud scammers.

Terrible and ineffective Customer Service. I am very surprised this company has such a high rating on Trustpilot. I purchased Microsoft 365 Family and MS Project Pro 2016. Project was a straight forward installation and works. However the installation of MS 365 was never completed by the company representative after 5 days of trying. Therefore this does question the technical ability of the employees of this company. All through the processes it was clear by the delayed responses that they were dealing with a number of other clients on WhatsApp. Finally the WhatsApp conversation has now been ignored for 7 days. I was forced to subscribe to Microsoft to allow my Outlook and cloud storage to work again. My lack of cloud and outlook didn’t seem to bother the representative. I asked for a refund but no answer. I would recommend you use a different reliable company that are ‘open’ with you, ‘smart ‘ enough to complete the installation and ‘tech’ savvy.
