Authentication key did not work (now fixed)
Ordered MS Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 2021 LTSC on 15 June 2025. Downloaded and installed successfully but the authentication key provided by Opensmarttech did not work. Nothing heard since 16 June 2025 despite sending several emails and leaving voicemail messages.
4 July 2025. Opensmarttech apologised - my emails were being diverted into the junk folder and I was given the incorrect download. Correct download provided and now Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 2021 LTSC is up & running.

Very satisfied with my purchase from OpenSmartTech.
Found the company in the GoogleAds when searching to purchase a licence for Visio 2024 and at first was suspicious as the price was so reasonable. Checked reviews and there were enough to reassure me that the company was trustworthy, as well as the fact that I was able to check that they were approved suppliers via the Microsoft website, so I went ahead and purchased the download. It arrived within minutes with easy instructions.
Programme works perfectly, and I've paid £72 instead of the £339 from Microsoft!

I am supper happy about the support i recieved from OpenSmartTech. I contactesd the whatsapp line and it was so quick and effective. Respondent was supper patient and suported me thoughtout the downloading and installation process until I got it all right. I am really enjoying my MS Visio.
