In my case it was the cheapest price, the DOT of the tire as new as possible, which is a minus, but compared to the competition it is cheaper overall anyway, shipping fees €10/tire

Reasonable prices; wide choice
Reasonable prices; a lot of tyres; possibility to deliver purchase directly to tyres workshop. But it was not clear, when tyres was delivered, I didn't have special notification.

Very bad customer service experience
Very bad customer service experience.
I had ordered tyres earlier this month but due to some problems in our car we are deciding to sell it. I cancelled the order next day but still the order was sent. As per the ordering page the processing time is 7-8 days including delivery. Now once the order returned back- they partially accepted my order. Additionally asking half of costs without any valid reason. Although I said I can bear transportation costs. No further reply. I would not recommend the page for future. I had been their customer and had ordered previously but going forward I would seek my options elsewhere.

Kitkan sijaan Nastat
Tilasin KITKA-renkaat suoraan rengasliikeeseen. Rengasliikkeessä asentajan tehdessä töitä, menin katsomaan renkaita kun niistä kaksi oli asennettu autooni. Huomasin että ne ovat NASTA-renkaat.Tilaus oli oikein(kitkat)mutta toimitus väärä(nastat). Vanhat renkaat olivat jo jätelavalla joten ei ollut muuta mahdollisuutta kuin hyväksyä tilanne silloin. Valitin asiasta tietysti, mutta tilanne on nyt sellainen että 365 mukaan olen hyväksynyt Nastarenkaiden tilauksen koska ne ovat autooni asennettu. Hinta/laatusuhde olisi hyvä jos tilaus olisi toteutunut kuten toivoin.
I ordered winter tires without studs(spikes) to be delivered directly to local tire shop. While the fitter was working at the tire shop, I went to look at the tires when two of them were installed on my car. I noticed that they are STUD tires. The order was correct (frictions) but the delivery was wrong (studs). The old tires were already on the scrap yard, so there was no other option but to accept the situation then. I complained about it, of course, but the situation is now such that according to 365 I have accepted the order for studded tires because they are installed in my car. The price/quality ratio would be good if the order had been fullfilled as I hoped.
