In my case it was the cheapest price, the DOT of the tire as new as possible, which is a minus, but compared to the competition it is cheaper overall anyway, shipping fees €10/tire

Homma toimi. Kilpailukykyiset hinnat ja vaikka yritys on saanut kritiikkiä pitkistä toimitusajoista, ainakin tämä rengassarja tuli siedettävässä ajassa.
Everything ok. Prices were competitive (not necessarily ultra-cheap). Although this company has got some negative feedback for slow deliveries, I do not have same experience = my tires arrived as promised in the web page, in reasonable time.

Would give 0 if possible. Ordered two sets of tyres and paid upfront, got 1 tyre! Filled in the contact form three times, never got an answer. Tracking the order online was impossible, my orderID was unknown? Called the customer support after three weeks and I was told one set of tyre is not in storage and cannot be delivered. But no one bother to contact me about it. I was told to send an e-mail with my bank account details to get my money back. Got an e-mail, telling me to call customer support. Called customer support, was again told to send an e-mail. After one month I finally got 4 tyres out of 8 and money back for the missing 4. But never again. Other online seller provided the other set (exactly same tyres) within one week and to same price.

We can only see that you have ordered 4 tires during 2020 and that tires was ordered 2020-05-05 and delivered to you 2020-05-13. Maybe it is the other online shop that should have this opinion.
