Elizabeth is so fantastic! I rang her in February to help with my citizenship after my application got lost from the high commission it took 14 months to find this out from the high commission. Elizabeth sorted my application in 3 WEEKS!! This woman is amazing! My application has been approved and we are now moving forward to the next stage. I highly recommend Rennie and Lacey. The help and advice is second to none. Elizabeth goes out of her way to make sure everything is done from start to finish. Elizabeth will not stop till she has sorted everything out for you and the communication is exemplary. Elizabeth makes you feel at ease so you need not worry about the application. I contacted RLLS about my Cypriot descendant rights, something I never thought possible because my Late Father was not named on my birth certificate. He died over 10 years ago and that was his biggest regret, leaving me illegitimate. Elizabeth told me that she could legitimise children and adults, so I put my faith in her. Most of the work was done remotely although we did had a telephone Court hearing (unusual but very efficient). This resulted in the General Registry Office destroying my original Birth Certificate and re-issuing this to include my Dad's name. I am gobsmacked and amazed at Elizabeth's abilities, She really can do what others said was impossible. Elizabeth has gone way beyond the call of duty to help me find my sister who passed in the fifties, as my parents never spoke about her I didn’t have much to go on, but Elizabeth found her, and ended a lot of Heart ache for me.
She is in contact with us daily, we wanted cypriot ID card and passport which she is dealing with promptly and very efficiently.
