Do not contact them IT'S A TOTAL RIP OFF, FRAUD ALERT! (£85/half an hour)
They are charging emergency rate I have never requested!!
Shower cartridge valve not working anymore. The plumber did not fixed anything, just made it worst. the plumber spent 4 hours doing nothing, he left after 4 hours saying he couldn't fix it leaving a massive leak in the shower. I had to call another plumber company and had it fixed. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY!! Also, we have contacted them a few time to explain the issue and they have been very rude at the telephone threatening to send the money collector if we weren't paying the invoice. Total cost FOR NOTHING: £800,40

Phoned because ball valve needed urgently. Quotes £60 call out plus £35 half hour labour to be paid direct to plumber. Hard to understand as very poor.

Plumber arrived, very pleasant and seemed efficient. Job took 40 minutes. Said we had to pay Rennils not him. They said labour charge was £75 plus vat per half hour, and I must have misunderstood the charges. Labour cost was £180 not £84 I expected. Had to pay as they had credit card details.

Company is obviously a con and should be prosecuted/ removed. I am writing to my M .P to see if anything can be legislated about rip off companies like this. Avoid like the plague.

I called Rennils, the call was obviously answered outside the UK even though it appears to be a UK number. The call was made before 10am and payment taken for £35 which is fine. The telephone line was very poor and understood that the charge was £75 per hour but later discovered it was per half hour. Had to chase at 13:30 since no one turned up and plumber finally arrived after 6pm. Workmanship was very good. Workman was on the premises 2hrs they wanted to charge over £600 with no materials incl VAT. I nearly passed out. I stood my ground and declared that my CCTV footage proves the plumber was on the premises for 2hrs not 2 and a half. Finally they agreed to charge £75 per hour and we settled the bill. I would happily have paid for the work if they had been straight about the charges but they were not clear prior to the work commencing.

Excellent response to a leaking tap. It was quite late at night but despite that the engineer was very prompt and very experienced. The customer service was great as well.

Would definitely recommend this company.

I called this company up in the middle of the night and was surprised to actually get a response that quickly up to the second ring. I was in an emergency and got the person in my house in nearly 30 minutes. Quick fix, efficient and have not had an issue with it anymore. The price was also very fair. 10/10 would recommend.
