RENOVATIK did a top class job from start to finish.
Design was done by Kancho who took my original design concept and created a fantastic cad design which was forwarded onto me by email. A final design was created which contained any alterations that I requested.
Ivailo manufactured a high quality unit with an amazing finish. Attention to detail was a key aspect in the finished unit.
The electrical work by Zhelyazko was impressive and blended into the design.
Overall communication was excellent and the work from beginning to end was faultless.

Renovatik were great at communicating in a timely manner and very clearly understood the job at hand. They were very quick to liaise with my tenant to arrange a date/time to complete the work and when they had done so, the work was done quickly and to a great standard. Very happy with the service and will certainly be using again!

These guys are fantastic and extremely trustworthy. After the first day I saw how hard they worked and how much they cared about their work that I had no worries about the work or leaving them in my home. It wasn’t a smooth job due to factors we couldn’t control but Ivo and Kancho just embraced it and were always so jolly. I was so happy with their work that I booked them midway through to do the next job. They have done 3 fantastic bathrooms which were in a very poor shape originally but you would never know and they have so much experience and are extremely skilled. I’m chuffed to bits with the end product

I particularly liked how they managed the whole project from ordering the skip, telling me what I needed, cleaning up every day, organising the electrician, liasing with the bathroom shop. They respected my wishes and flexed the scope of the project (granted I tried to be a good customer and not go off piste).

As part of Ivo and his team helping us with the redesign of our landing, bathroom and bedroom which involved knocking out/building a number of partition walls, Zhelyazko did all of the electrical work including moving sockets, installing fans and ceiling spot lights. Nothing was too much and Zhelyazko was flexible throughout the process when we decided we wanted to change certain things part way through. When we had problems with one of the bulbs later on, he came back and fixed it for us straight away. Whole-heartedly recommend!
