Living at Quail Ridge East
I have called Quail Ridge East Home for many years. Managed by Wooten Company. So appreciative of the Office staff and maintenance. Pretty reasonable and fair here. Location is prefect. Close to Hwy 65, stores, schools, work, theater and bank. I like it here. Home.
Don't bother with this website
I request an application for 11 place and only recieved two embark back. One wanted me to mail cash to Texas on the promise that they would mail me back keys to the house.
The other place did send a link to apply. This is a joke. If you are trying to rent a place don't even bother.
Racist Property Managers and Review Suppression
I have been trying to leave a review on rent.com, but it's being suppressed. I recently had an encounter with a property own, whom after meeting with me virtually, made an attempt to make me get a co-sign before she even ran my credit. Stating that I needed a co-sign because I've only bee at my job for 3 months. That's not a lawful reason for a co-sign in the state of Illinois. The woman was just making things up to keep me from renting the place because she had no legal baring for rejecting me. Her only option to justify her racism was to be as rude and dishonest as possible to make me uninterested in the property. When I asked her why the stipulation was not brought up when I asked about all of the requirements for the unit, she responded with a very rude and belligerent email in which she lied about telling me all the stipulations. The listing was 5216-5220 N Wolcott Ave, Chicago, IL. Prospective renters beware! These people supposedly own many buildings around Chicago.
Based on personal experience i have…
Based on personal experience i have rented a home in Port Orange, Fl for 2 years from Sam. Therefore, I regreted moving to this premises due to the fact Sam is a liar and dishonest. I highly recommend to stay away from this realtor because once he gets the security deposit from you, You'll never see it again. The plumbing as well as the maintainence services were awful since everything covered on the lease which states that the landlord is responsible for Sam Saad wanted me to fix them out of my own pocket which is unacceptable.
Honestly, He is the worst realtor in town!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE OF THE CROOKS ADVERTISING MY HOUSE AT 422 WEKIVA RAPIDS DRIVE, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS FL.
This house is NOT FOR RENT !
The scammers have stolen my pictures and all the detailed information from when I listed for rent on November 6th on "ZILLOW" the house is no longer listed but the scammers are still using my house as a decoy to steal your money!
be careful with this website, they have also posted my house on "apartments.com and Realtor.com". These crooks are getting unsuspected people to apply for a house they don't own and are asking $1,050 for rent.
I have tried to call the website RENT.COM (888)658-7368 and they don't answer the phone!
Scam be careful
This site is very suspicious
This site is very suspicious, Listings are for the most part "contact property". I tried to find a contact number, email for them to report an attempted scam. They have a property listed for a third of the legit listing. When I contacted "property", Norman Pareez wanted a wired deposit and then he would send keys and paper work.

I was jus looking for rental places and…
I was jus looking for rental places and I literally just got another call and they hung up on me, just like the previous 3! Her name was Crystal! I couldn’t even spit anything out and she hung up on me!! I tried to call back and of course, no answer! I’m a potential buyer! This may be a big part of why your places aren’t renting or selling! They’re pieces of crap!!! Just search top 5 realtors in your are and you can find a good one! Good luck!
No return on investment here
I have had a listing up for three weeks (which cost $90) and I have not gotten a single lead. By contrast, the listing on apartments.com (which was free) has gotten several leads. I don't think enough prospective renters use rent.com for landlords to get much benefit from it.
i dont trust rent
i dont trust rent . com because they back horrible landlords like legacy farms sad!
Deceptive pricing, terrible search
1. There is no pricing for listing your rentals. You have to spend time registering your account and creating a listing, and then AT THE VERY END you get the pricing. Which is a sticker shock at $90/month for ONE property. Very scammy.
2. Rental area for my local University is a 50 mile area. This is completely untrue - the real area is 2-3 square miles.
They never refund, EVER!
Started listing, then decided I didn't like it compared to Zillow. Asked for refund within hours and got no response. Finally over several emails/days they responded saying add was approved and thanks for being a valued customer. After more emails asking for refund, they stated no refunds ever and showed me their policy. It clearly says, once you start, no refunds at all. I didn't read that fine print.
