I am returning customer and I always use the company on my travels back home. 100% clear policy, never had any issues with deposit or any hidden fees. Cars are always clean and new. Staff friendly and helpful. They moved their office in front of Terminal 1 building, but still when I land to terminal 2- always come to pick me up, so this is no issue at all.

The car we received was new, smelled wonderful :) The service was extremely professional. The company employee was so nice and explained to me about parking in Sofia.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Autojet Rent a Car in Sofia, Bulgaria. Initially, I was optimistic about the service due to their competitive prices, but my experience took a turn for the worse upon returning the car.

Upon returning the vehicle in the same condition as when it was rented, I was unexpectedly and unjustly charged for damages that were not present when I returned the vehicle. The company claimed a scratch on the rear bumper and charged me an excessive fee of 155 euros.

Even more disturbing, the evidence provided to me showed the car in a different location than the drop-off point, leading me to seriously question the authenticity of their claim. I find this deeply concerning and a breach of trust and transparency, which is pivotal in a rental agreement.

Despite my attempts to contest this charge, the company has not provided any further clarity or proof of damage. This unprofessional conduct has left me feeling exploited and disappointed. I understand accidents happen, and I am always prepared to own up to any mishap. However, when the evidence points to the contrary, it's only fair to question the processes and intentions of the company in question.

As a consumer, I expect clear, honest, and transparent communication, particularly in matters as serious as a damage claim. It's disheartening to see a lack of these principles in a business that prides itself on service and customer satisfaction.

I would urge potential customers to reconsider before choosing Autojet for their rental needs. Make sure to take extensive photos and videos of the car's condition both before and after the rental period to protect yourself from unjust claims.

I am now left with no other choice but to escalate this matter legally, as I believe this situation is not only a personal injustice but also a breach of consumer rights. I genuinely hope that no other customer has to go through this ordeal.

Fantastic service from arrival to departure! The gentleman phoned me as soon as I had landed and gave me directions on where the service desk was.
The paperwork and deposit was all dealt with very swiftly and clearly. The car was tidy and well presented and available at the terminal. The same great service upon me returning the car and my deposit returned within the day. I will use Autojet again in Sofia

Started a bit disappointed as I landed at terminal 2 at Sofia Airport and the car was located at terminal 1. Nobody mentioned about that. When I chose the company the main reason was that the car will be at the terminal when we arrive but does not say which terminal. This is a bit unclear and misleading when you chose the company for rentals. So we have to take a shuttle bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1 with all suitcases which was very inconvenient. Apart of that the service was great. Staff very friendly and explained everything. All paperwork have been done for less than 10 min. The other point is that I was not able to inspect the car before I took it because it was raining badly. The car itself was very nice . New car and well looked after. Drives very smooth with no problems and very economical as well. I was very pleasantly surprised by the car and her performance on the road. I returned the car a day before my dead line and again was very easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was the same gentleman who basically handed the keys to me on day one. He said to me that the deposit will be unblocked within 24 hrs. The problems is I cannot check if it is unblocked or not. There is no way I can check that.

The staff was very helpful and arranged exactly the car we needed for our group!!
