As a travel agent the booking process was very simple and Alex was great to work with.

We started looking at properties about 1 month ago. I received a call, email and text immediately from Steph. We would talk several times a day, a few times each week because of all the questions our group had. She was absolutely the best to work with. She was very patient. My experience was exceptional. She went above and beyond. Our process with her has been easy. Thank you Steph for doing what you do because you’re the best.

Laura was quick to respond, gave me a lot of information on the villas I was considering and made it very easy to book with Rental Escapes.

My Specialist, Deanne Saunders, was of great help in making me feel comfortable with the process and my selection of a great villa. I am very excited about the upcoming trip and really liked the inclusion of all of the amenities that I otherwise would have to book separately.
