Nice company nice guy however a bit…
Nice company nice guy however a bit misleading. The posting shows 5 bedrooms clearly along with the price. I told them I would most likely use 4 bedrooms. Then thought maybe bring my daughter who would use the 5th the price then went up by 1200 a day for last bedroom which is there and empty. That’s greedy on behalf of the owner frankly that’s my opinion. But company people are nice and efficient.

Many of the villas in our portfolio are priced based on occupancy tiers set by the homeowner. In some cases, the base rate reflects access to a certain number of bedrooms, and additional bedrooms are released at a higher rate. While the villa itself remains the same, the pricing structure is determined by the owner and can vary depending on how many rooms are used.
That said, your perspective is important to us. Transparency is a priority, and we will continue working to ensure bedroom configurations and corresponding rates are as clear as possible during the booking process.
