Frustrating platform and useless customer support

Repairclinic.com is a disorganized and confusing platform. Creating orders and completing transactions takes far too much time. The system is inefficient and unnecessarily complicated. Customer service is unhelpful and completely unreliable, leaving you stuck and forced to spend hours trying to solve problems on your own. The entire experience is exhausting and frustrating.

Nonexistent CS

I ordered a part, and expedite it to be to be delivered on Friday. It is now Monday, and they claim there isn't anything they can do about the delay. I asked them to cancel my order, but they refused to do so. Do not order from RepairClinic; there are too many better options out there. You have been warned.

Scammed

Ordered a belt for my snowblower, saw it was on backorder and so cancelled it. Now they have sent it anyway and charged me. They say I ordered a 2nd time which is wrong. They obviously have an issue with their system. Basically they have committed fraud. Highly recommend never ordering from them

Ordering Is Easy Until Something Goes Wrong

Placing an order was straightforward, but the experience fell apart the moment an issue surfaced. Tracking details were confusing, and getting a clear answer required far more effort than expected. Support responses felt delayed and repetitive, with little urgency to resolve the problem. Policies were referenced often, but flexibility was nonexistent. The process favored procedure over actually helping the customer.

Scammed

I ordered a part that I checked with their website and it said it was a guaranteed fit. I got the part, it did not fit, and when I sent it in for a refund they denied me one. Skip this website and try someone local, this website seems to be run by scammers. Also, there isn't an option to delete your account, you have to contact customer service for that, too.

Used Parts, Worthless Return Policy

Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts.

Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse.

Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors.

I received a delicate part for my dishwasher

I received a delicate part for my dishwasher in a loose bag. Parts had broken off which wasn't surprising so i sent it back as they requested on the site with the information written on the form they said to fill out. This cost me more money as well. Once receiving the broken item they asked why I had returned it as if i hadn't sent it with the form explaining everything, when i explained and asked for a refund or new piece in a safer packaging they stopped responding. I cannot get ahold of them and they do not answer their phone so I am out 40 bucks and still have a broken dishwasher. Trash customer service and delivery with an outdated return system.

Stay away unless you want to be frustrated!

My package arrived in awful shape, and a few parts inside were not even what I ordered. Reaching customer service felt impossible, and once I finally got through, the treatment was rude and completely useless. If you do not want to spend your time angry and disappointed, stay far away from RepairClinic.

I wish I had known to look elsewhere

I wish I had known to look elsewhere. SO bad that the part they sent me was packaged poorly and glass was chipped. Holes for my cooktop knobs were drilled off center. Now that I call for a replacement they tell me 4-6 weeks. OH my gosh I need a cooktop for the holidays. We paid a repairman to come and I asked for a discount to cover this and they said we already got a discount. No we got the MSRP

Not Worth a Single Minute

The parts I ordered arrived in a box that looked like it had been through a storm. I could have ignored the packaging if the parts themselves were fine, but they were in awful condition. I reached out to customer support, hoping for help, but all I got were empty excuses and no real answers. It felt like speaking to wall- no responsibility, no effort to make things right. This whole experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I regret ever trusting this company.

If you enjoy headaches, this is your store

Honestly, I wish I could give this company zero stars. I ordered a replacement part for my dishwasher, and what should've been a simple transaction turned into a full-blown nightmare. The first package showed up looking like it had been through a demolition site. It's cracked and completely unusable. I reached out for a replacement, and after endless back-and-forth emails, they finally sent another one, which arrived just as damaged. At that point, I started wondering if they even know what fragile means. Trying to get help from customer service was even worse. I ended up ordering from a different supplier and had the correct, intact part in two days. This one? Never again.

RepairClinic.com have got the worst…

RepairClinic.com have got the worst reviews, and they keep making them worst. I went to their site one time accidently, and since then, everytime I type something in my Chrome address bar and I don't have the right address, that stupid RepairClinic site comes up. So, if they can't get business without harrassing people, there is no way in hell I am ever going there. If you want customers, stop harrassing people, provide a customer service that people can rate you on, meaning you you provide the quality of service that people expect when they go to your site, but from what I see about you, it looks like you have done your best to push people away. So, anybody who sees this, please stay away from these guys and spend your money where you will get something for it. That is definitely not RepairClinic.

Shady service

I called to find the right part to purchase, but the agent I spoke to was rude, condescending, and said there's no way I could have found the part number on the manufacturer's website, even though it clearly lists the model number and associated part numbers. Looking deeper, I see the company has dozens of one-star reviews here and over a hundred BBB complaints. Stay away!

They Absolutely Suck...Badly

Their customer service absolutely sucks. They have a 365 day return policy. Give me a freakin break. I bought an inverter for my Kitchenaid microwave/speed oven based on the recommendation of a local repair shop. I went to many sites and did a ton of research. I ended up buying from RC...what a huge mistake. After putting the inverter into my cart, RC recommended also buying the Magnetron. So I did...both were $350 total. I figured I could send them back if they did not work. Guess what, they did not work so I took the parts out and sent them back on my dime to RC. Before sending them back, I called. I was on hold for a long period of time, so I hung up. A couple of days later they told me that I could not return the parts because they were installed. How the hell do you know if they are going to work if you don't install them? I called customer service. The agent just laughed at me saying "read the fine print, you cannot return anything once installed." I asked, "How do you know if it works if you don't install it." She said, "Good point, but the policy is the policy." She then said, "You can never return electronics once used or installed." I said what about Best Buy or Amazon. She said, "Those places never accept returns!" I do not know what is more inept, their 365 day refund guarantee or their reps. Their return policy is compete horseshit. They told me to buy another shipping label to send the parts back or they will throw them out. This place sucks badly. I would have rated them a -5 if they allowed. A "1" is way too high.

Shoddy packaging, broken products, and endless lies

Repair clinic is nothing but a sham. I paid good money for packaging and shipping, yet what I received looked like it had been kicked around before it arrived. The box was torn, the product was half destroyed, and the so-called "service" was nothing short of insulting. Instead of owning up to their failures, they feed customers one lie after another about delays and their pathetic excuse for packaging. Do not waste your time or your money. I will never place another order with this disgrace of a business.

roken site, useless support, and a complete waste of time

It's unbelievable how frustrating this experience was. Trying to find the right part felt like solving a puzzle that no one bothered to finish. The website is clunky, outdated, and a complete nightmare to use--it's 2024, this should not be happening.

Reaching out for support only made things worse. Getting a real response took far too long, and by the time someone finally replied, I was already fed up. I eventually got the part I needed, but the entire process was so aggravating that it almost wasn’t worth it. I’ll think twice before ordering from here again.
