Repair clinic is nothing but a sham. I paid good money for packaging and shipping, yet what I received looked like it had been kicked around before it arrived. The box was torn, the product was half d... See more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!...I'm…
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!...I'm usually pretty good about checking reviews before placing an order and I made a mistake not doing that for this company...Prior to placing my order the order screen showed a total of $33 and under the shipping there was just a slash mark. Then I placed the order and suddenly on the confirmation screen it added over $12 for shipping (for a few brass fittings). I have done plenty of online shopping, I'm not an idiot. This is incredibly shady business practice. Steer clear, there are other similar sites that have great reviews.
Absolutely worst company I've EVER had the displeasure of dealing with.
Correct part was sent along with additional parts that were not part of the order. Returning the unordered part was a frustrating experience. Phone staff are extremely rude, unable to professionally handle customer frustration caused by their error. Would not use again simply due to staff response.
Terrible Return Experience!!
Repairclinic boasts a generous one-year return window, but don't be fooled. Their return process is a nightmare for customers. Even if they send you the wrong part, getting a refund or replacement becomes a huge hassle. Prepare to be stuck in the middle of a frustrating back-and-forth between them and the manufacturer. You'll waste time playing referee as they try to dodge responsibility for the mistake.
Dont' purchase from this company!
Called to speak with someone about a part we were needing for our dishwasher. Told them our model info and asked them to make sure the parts were good to replace . They assured us they were. We received the parts and they couldn't have been more wrong! Not even close! I called to return them , the cs agent was extremely nasty! We were charged $12 to have it shipped originally. They said we would have to pay shipping to return it as well. I said the company said these were the correct parts we needed and they aren't. I don't think we should have to pay double shipping for their mistake. He was really rude and said that if I wanted to return it I had to pay it and if I argued with him about it he would just hang up on me. There is no thing as cs any more and I would never purchase from this company again! Beware!
They blamed me and made the most terrible excuses and lies!!!
I shouldn't have trusted customer service when they do the same mistake repeatedly!! They even blamed me for the wrong shipments because my words weren't very clear and they don't understand me!! They make the most terrible excuses and lies and won't even admit their fault!!
Disappointing service
Disappointing service. Customer rep just cut the call when he didn't know the answer my question. So irritating!
I order a furnace igniter
I order a furnace igniter. Fed ex tossed the package into a snow bank somewere and took a photo. Repairclinic promised to contact me..never did. I had to call over and over.. they then wouldn't do anything until provided a model and serial number...
Instruction video was great
I already had the replacement part I needed so I didn't buy from repairclinic.com, but their video showing how to replace a dishwasher door seal on a Bosch dishwasher was right-on and very helpful.
Upper agitator on my washer quit.
My upper agitator stopped spinning on my old Kenmore washer so I went on repair clinic based upon a family member’s recommendation. Entered my model number, watched a video or two on their “how to” section and placed the order for $37.33 and that got me the whole oem kit for the upper agitator. Two days later they got the part(s) to us and 20 minutes later my washer was fixed. Excellent company, easy process. They fixed the agitation on both the machine and myself. Highly recommended!!
It felt awful to receive a poor quality product
I needed a hard-to-find replacement part and was lured by ther wesbite. They charge support team, they were of no help. I felt awful as I trusted these liars and fake people who send damaged parts in a perfect shipment box. It's ridiculous. Please beware!
No Returns????
Wife ordered wrong replacement light for whirlpool refrigerator $333 and change. Didn’t work when I tried to install. Customer service rep Danny originally helpful then rude and said they wouldn’t accept return and replace with correct part. Was willing to do business with them. Steer clear of this company.
The worst Supplier Ever - Beware
This company is the worst supplier ever, in my opinion. They delay the shipment unnecessarily and don't bother to provide the customer with accurate information. Their customer service executives are rude, disrespectful and can even be terrible enough to make you wait half an hour (or even more). I suggest you avoid spending your money here. These awful people are not worth it!
Defective Part Leads to Poor Customer Service
I ordered a replacement part form my washing machine from RepairCLinic.com, and while it arrived quickly, I was disappointed to find it was of low quality. Upon contacting customer service, an initial representative assured me of a warranty and a refund, but when I requested to speak to a supervisor, they evaded my request. Subsequent attempts to reach the supervisor were met with unavailability and unanswered messages. On the third try, the supervisor was unhelpful, dismissive, and even hung up on me when I tried to explain my concerns, ultimately refusing to acknowledge the defective part.
Eager to sell stuff, but customer service is awful
I placed an order for a furnace flame sensor on Saturday evening. Then called the following day, Sunday, about noon and requested order cancellation. I was told that my request was placed in some kind of lineup and I would receive a message, no matter if my request was successful or not. I did not receive such message, just 24 hours later I received a notification that my order was shipped! My order never appeared on my account page, so the tab Manage your order was useless, so was the tab Track your order. Then, when I called and enquired about return, the representative just hung up on me!
Don't trust this awful compny and its management!!
Never ever trust this awful company and its HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! Don't make the same mistake that I did, which is trusting this company with my orders. It turns out that it has one of the most rude and disrespectful customer service representatives, and the overall service of the company is poor as well.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I paid for two day shipping and it is taking four days to get here (Sunday and holiday are other two days). I have sent emails twice and all I get is there is a holiday. They are paying for ground shipping and charging me for two day shipping. I’m going to get proof from UPS and get a refund from my credit card company. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE ANS PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I wonder if the part will even work when I get it.
All the right OEM parts
When it comes to sourcing those hard-to-find replacement parts, they've got you covered. No more endless searches; they bring ease and convenience to the repair process. Whether it's an age-old model or a recent one, they ensure you find what you need without any fuss.
POOR EXPERIENCE
I finally received a backordered circuit control board today that cost $136.00. - Not only an expensive part, but very fragile as well. - The large shipping box had plenty of packing material, but was all placed on top of circuit board which was only in a plastic bag + not padded. - This left the part exposed on the bottom of box + unprotected. - I called + agent didn't seem to care at all RE: my concern. - I was put on hold for a supervisor who never answered. - I hope my part works OK, but if not + once installed is non returnable. - Will not use RepairClinic again as they don't seem to own what they do, in my opinion.
Horrible agents and managers!!
The employees and amangers here are horrible! I spoke to disrespectful and rude employees, so I requested to speak to a manager. But it turns out that the manager was even more rude!! The company provides awful service, but its customer service is even worse. I don't recommend this company at all.
Purchased an AC Start-Run Capacitor and…
Purchased an AC Start-Run Capacitor and received it with 20 dents, several were of major depth. It was shipped in this condition since packaging was sound. Appears someone rolled it down a stairway. Shameful they would ship a product in this condition. How old is it? How was it so mishandled? I'm aware that it may not impact function, but it could limit useful life. Last time buy from RepairClinic.com.
