Have purchased numerous parts for them to repair various iPhones. Usually good experience. As of recent, parts have been defective, shipped broken, just bad customer service when you call. Always an attitude. Most recent purchase sent a iPhone X screen replacement. Received with broken prongs in the ribbon. Explained that to customer service for return. I had to pay for return shipping. They received and sent email rejecting my return saying the item was damaged. No $#*!. That's why I called to get RMA to return. Now out the money for product and shipping back. Opened AMEX case... look for another parts supplier, there are plenty out there.

Ordered a iPad screen and it didn't come with adhesive to reattach it. It would be nice if the site at least recommended buying this item or made it clear that it wasn't included.

I would give no stars if possible.. Horrible return policy. Wouldn't recommend buying from them. Not only did I not use the product I bought, they wouldn't accept my return for it. They claimed the item was scratched and threw it away instead of giving me my return or sending my paid part back to me. I will never purchase from them again.

I installed this phone screen successfully, but after three hours it suddenly stopped working. I did not drop or damage it. Customer service told me I could return the screen. I expressed my concern that removing the screen could crack it...when it did crack it, they said they would not accept the return...EVEN THOUGH THE REP ADMITTED THE SCREEN WAS DEFECTIVE.

I ACCIDENTALLY ordered two parts- a charger cover for a Samsung S5 and a screen replacement for a Moto G7 Power. I only meant to order the charger cover so I called the customer service number this morning. Didn’t get ahold of anyone but they called me back and resolved the issue! Awesome service!!!
