Quick service and keys fit exactly as intended. Excellent service.

None of the keys worked.

we thought that the key no was correct/hard to see/keys sent as our order.did not fit.our error.however sent photo of old key and they sorted it and resent them fitted perfect. was most surprised they cut and sent them without charge.however feeling guilty for such kindness from them.that money i shall donate to cancer on thier behalf.great service

I was sceptical at first, as Timpsons and the lock manufacturer quoted nearly three times the price and said it would take over seven days for the keys to be ready. However, within just two days of ordering online, I had received the keys at a fraction of the cost. Both keys work perfectly – just as well as the originals.

An absolutely amazing company. Ordered replacement keys needed in an emergency, and paid for special delivery. Living in the northern Highlands, I thought this was on a wing and a prayer, had never heard of this company, but was so desperate I wanted to try. I read the reviews and placed an order. Almost immediately, after an order confirmation, I had an email back about the keys being dispatched. The two keys arrived before 1pm this afternoon. What a company! Keys are perfect and I can now use a roof box on Thursday. From finding a broken key yesterday afternoon to receiving two replacements before 1pm today, 40 miles above Inverness from Leighton Buzzard, Replacement Keys… you are magic! Royal Mail ace too!
