Unfortunately I’ve had to put 1 star to comment but they’re scammers and thieves,they’ve stolen money from me and I don’t know what to do.i haven’t signed up to these,they don’t reply to phone calls or emails.avoid at all cost.this company needs shutting down,they’re continuing to scam people

I have not signed up to their scam and not authorised any payments out of my account
But they insist I have ! Trying to make out I knew what I was doing.
Get a grip Reports and stop your scam

It looks like I am not the only person who has been scammed and stolen off , I am living on disability benefits so basically their stealing off vunerable disabled people how on earth is this allowed to happen in a country like Britain if I done this I'd be arested . I just wish id seen this first but yet again I didn't know they had even taken untill it was to late , basically stolen from 😪

Avoid this company I never used them think they offered a loan needed to verify card now trying to take money out monthly got 31.99 but now had to cancel my card. No answer on their number or any response to emails. 100% scam why they haven't been shut down n locked up is beyond me

Totally rubbish fraud , haven’t signed for this , and yesterday they took £31 from my account without my consent, have send emails no response , have call no on pick the phone . I’m gona report them to the police , and give my bank the report number to get a refund and to cancel any payment from them , disgusting company

Scammers they taking money from your account without your permission. Not picking up the phone to cancel and get refund. Companys like this need to be removed forever. Be careful with this company.

Absolutely shocking company that need to invest in Customer Service skills rather than taking unauthorised payments from people. I've been in contact with the financial ombudsman who have advised me to make a case and take further action. It might only be £31.85 but I didn't give permission for them to take this.

I have just woken up to find £31.48 has been taken out of my account without my consent and not knowing what this company is. I have read lots of reviews from people who are experiencing the same problem, this is fraud to the highest degree!!. I will be contacting the BBC program RIP OFF BRITAIN and see what they make of it.

Please do not use this ‘service’.
I tried to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period but no cancellation was actioned. My bank have requested a cancellation of the recurring card authorisation twice but they have still taken two months payments out. Fortunately I am receiving a refund through my bank for one of them. I cannot get hold of anyone in customer services.

Took my last bit of money out my account, £31 now I’ve got to go a full week at work without anything you scumbags I hope you die a slow horrible death

If I could leave no stars I would. They took 0.16 twice from my account, then 31.85. I didn't sign up for this, I have a free report score service. I have sent several emails, not one response to get my money back. Stay away.

Absolute scum of the earth. Cockey clown on the end of the line who says he doesnt work for reportscore he just acts on there behalf. Wont tell me who he works for. Scammers and scum of the earth keep ringing u will get through

This service its scam!!! They take money from your account you sign or not sign agreement. They don't sent any emails. They ignore and your emails! Very very carefully!

Giving zero isn’t a option - took 31 pound out of bank - through a payday loan company ! Tried to ring to find out why - no answer and when checked there website there not even a real credit scoring website ! Beware

I mistakenly signed up for this and when I realised straight away emailed them to cancel, two weeks went by and heard nothing and £31.99 was taken from my bank account, after several emails and phone calls with no reply and no answer I have to ring the debit card disputes team.... Utterly disgusting customer service

Appalling company....taken money out of my account, never heard of them before, left me overdrawn and important dd being refused!!! Very distressed as having financial problems without them adding to it!!!! Told I'd be refunded , spoke to my bank, no refund....still....bank said it is fraudulent behaviour and now need to block my card.awful experience.

Yo guys, its disgusting how they can do this,£31 charge from no where? anyways with ringing them none stop this is the number you want to ring for refunds and too cancel your subscription, guys font email them it is pointless.

the lad who answered sounded very young and nervous, i said you must get this none stop? he replied this is all i do all day everyday the phone keeps ringing !! just goes to show how many people are getting ripped off by these lot!
