Taken £100 from my account over several months, at a time in my life when £10 makes a huge difference let alone £100.

Scam company, offering zero service and no benefits to you. I didn't willingly sign up for this and it's likely that neither did you if you're reading this review.

FRAUD COMPANY!!! Took £31.83 from my account without permission. Emailed them numerous times with no reply. Tried calling with no answer. Bank cant refund the money because it was done through my card details when I applied for a payday loan. So will not be getting the money back. NOT happy at all. This company is a complete scam.

Same problem as everyone else they taking money without consent massive scam I might go see if the address provided for them is correct as I’m close to spinningfields

Be careful report score took money off me when stopped brook trade limited took money they are also linked to a company called mogini when you call these people they are all the same hope this helps

Told £31.83 from my account tried phoning no answer emailed about 5 times and still no answer. Tried to get back into there website and not letting me on. Fraud company. Bank can’t do anything as it’s been done through my details. So no getting any money back.

COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS TAKING MONEY ILLEGALLY FROM ACCOUNTS!! I’d like to advise you away from signing up but this company take your details regardless of you actually signing up if not and continue to take money from your account illegally even after you cancel the product you probably didn’t even sign up to in the first place! AVOID

Absolute disgrace, did nit realise I had signed up have constantly sent emails dbd they still take money out, going to have to report them. Please be careful and stay well aware

looked for a loan for emegency as no funds looked on pay day loans online they wanted my bank details, then i got offered a loan but i had to consider this offer reportscore 31.89 a month to get it, i said no turned down the website pressed the red x shut down the internet offer but a week later reportscore stole 31.89 from me , barclays are trying to help but i have talked to 3 differenet people and nothing frustrating im going in the bank tommoro toclose it , and join new one a bad lesson to learn , but im going to try and find this company and bring them to account .

I have been scammed by this company they've taken 2 different payments from my account in the past week. That's over £66!!

I have sent numerous emails, tried to contact them via the contact number.
I have no idea how this company gained access to my account or my details as I've never entered them in to anything!!

I called my bank and they just wouldn't accept what I was telling them, saying I must have joined. Joined what I don't know I've not joined a single thing.when j go on the website reportscore.co.uk it says it's for social media information what the hell? I don't even have social media!!

Has anyone actually spoken to anyone on the other end of the contact number??

I was same never signed up to it and banks no help ether for a person thata on disability its a lot to loss

I am the same as all the other comments below. Took £31.83 out of my account took over 3 hours of ringing to get an answer. Total scam. NEVER ever gave them permission.
Still no refund.

Just reported them to the financial ombudsman see what happens

I never even signed up for report score as I get my report for free so no need to. Gone in my bank today to make sure a bill had come out and they’ve charged me for identity check AND score so taken over £62 out of my account.

Terrible customer service manager, took £30 from my account with no authorisation when phoned was told by representative 1 - 5 working days for refund then manager said 7 working days - refused to give his superiors name for a complaint as "he was the boss" stay clear of this company

Took money out of my account wasn’t even subscribed, was told il get my refund been waiting for past 2 weeks, still nothing.
Now they ain’t even answering the call!
What a joke they owe me nearly £100. Customer service is rubbish the man was so rude and abrupt
