DISGUSTING!!!!

I HAVE NEVER signed up to this and yet they have took £32 out my bank account 3 times. I have reported them before and had to go through a fraud team who then gave me my money back 6 WEEKS later and yet its happened again!! I got declined at a shop when buying one of my sons Christmas presents due to these disgusting people taking my hard working money!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN, SCUM!!!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful. When applying for something else online I was asked to confirm I was happy for a transaction on my account of 16p which would be refunded which I agreed to. I was then asked if I wanted to subscribe to report score and I explicitly selected NO!!!!

Low and behold, a payment of £39 was taken out if my account. It actually caused another of my payments to default as a result.

I emailed and of course got no respone. I finally called 2 days later and was told I had agreed to it and they gave me the date and time...to be clear I agreed to the 16p and said no way to the ongoing subscription of £39. Be very very careful as they will hold this against you. He then said he would cancel and there would be no further payments to which I stated I wanted a refund on what they took already. He then became extremely rude...accused me of talking over him at which point I would like to add he was talking over me. And he hung up. I called back and was met with the same rude attitude. Eventually they reversed the payment but it's bad enough the crooks are taking money unauthorised left right and centre but to then be met with the rudest customer service staff I have ever seen.

Be aware....be very aware!

If I could put 1-minus 5 stars I would. They charged me without my knowledge and just like others on here they don't reply.

I am going to report them and anyone who does not get their money back report it to your bank and within 14 days you will get a refund whether they like it or not. I'm also reporting them to watchdog. I urge others to do the same. The more people who complain the more chance they will feature it.

This company are nothing but charlatans and people need to be warned about them.

i was charged for this service after specifically asking to opt out. They say you have a 14 day chance to get a refund, but then don't answer their phone / email after that.
I am still awaiting a reply to the multiple emails I have sent.
If this is offered to you when applying for a loan or a quote, KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

Did not sign up to them but they took £32 from my bank account. My bank has stopped them from getting any more and reversed the second payment that they tried to take, they have been reported for fraud.

Have NO idea how or when I subscribed, have telephoned (never answer) and mailed several times to cancel NO response RUBBISH DO NOT USE

Absolutely shocking. Checked my account this morning and money had been taken out my account for this. I have never signed up for it so not a.clue where it's came from. Rang my bank which I have to fill a form.out when it's gone through and I will receive my money back and all transactions for this has been stopped. It's an absolutely 0 score for me and this company needs to be shut down

Complete rogues. Somehow got signed up to a free trial. I cancelled it yet still took nearly £32 out. Tried calling but nobody ever answers.

If I could give 0 stars I would, i rang them up this morning, the guy on the phone was very rude, persistent on telling me I had set this up, after arguing with him for 5 mins he finally sorted out a refund to come back into my account within 7 days, I told him he was very rude and to go and get some training in customer service do not use these people they are a bunch of rude con artists

Company would not answer phone..so i called tsb and they have refunded me and sent me a new card...bogus company i never gave them my details...thank god tsb accepted it as fraud

So -zero stars if you would please.. so after so many attempts of ringing, emailing this stupid company, I finally got through to them scamming people. God knows how they got my details and bank details at that. I finally got through to a guy, who was very persistent and calm acting like everything is A ok with the company, he told me straight away my name asked me to verify my d.o.b and carried on to tell me I will get a refund in 1-7 working days, if not sooner like most people and then hung up the phone. 😳

First thing I did not even say I wanted a refund he automatically knew what I was calling for (dodgy or what), I was left like omg this scamming ting. So whoever has had this issue please continue to crack down and get your money back. I even had to call their other company called Trans score???who work with report score but dont deal with the same thing. I asked the man on report score why their number always rings out and nobody answers. He replied with " oh I'm not sure (little giggle) I have not rang the company before so I wouldnt know". This was before he hung up the phone... ERM 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 please be careful guys, they know what they are doing.. I'm still shocked at this. Cheeky man..

Took my money three times now. I’ve emailed and asked what this is for as I have no idea how they got my details. Not heard anything back and no refund at all so disgusted as this leaves me short of money For my children

If i could give zero stars I would. received an email saying welcome to report score. I'd ticked the no thanks box but they ignore that. So emailed them saying i didnt request their service and not to take money from my account. They still did. Rang them told them to refund money. Still no refund. Bank have reversed it and cancelled any further transactions. Avoid at all costs company are disgusting.

Took 31.99 out of my account called them up within the 14 days and they said I'd be refunded that was 4 weeks ago!

Took my money when I didn't sign up for this. Refuse to pay it back even though I am within the 14 day cooling off period which is the law
I am disabled and £32.83 is a lot for me to lose

report score took money from my account and despite numerous emails and phone calls have not refunded my money. they were very unhelpful and even rude on the phone.

RAGING ! This is the SECOND company that has taken money since i applied for a pay day loan,they make it look as if your entering your card details for the loan website your on and after you have done so you get sent to all different loan offers to apply again with your card details.Im so so angry.And it does not seem enough to just speak to them i want to see someone face to face and scream at them.I hope i get my money back.

Just to let people know, I had the same. I called them and told them I never signed up for this. There was a pending payment from my debit card that I got refunded immediately and they guy said that's all he could do. I then rang again as I wasn't happy and the lady I spoke to said she could refund me back for the last 6 months and no further, so they had only managed to take one payment during this time as I had no funds. They just kept taking 16p to check the card was still valid! I then got that one payment back and 4 lots of 16p. Don't let them get away with it, they take ages to answer but do eventually! Stand your ground! Robbing gits!

Scam!!! Have taken well over 100 poi’s oit of my bank and have no way of claiming it back!! Joke hownthere allowed to just take money for nothing in return!!
