Total scam.. I applied for a loan from a broker online and one month later 30 pounds comes out of my bank account from these con artists. I challenge them and they are not interested and insist by making an application for a loan I have opted in to their con. Reported to my bank as fraud and FCA complaint to follow

Rip off merchants emailed them loads to cancel and they still take money I’ve had to block them from my account plus I never signed up to them

Reportscore are total RIP off have been taking money from my account for 5 months now despite repeated emails dont know what to do disgusted

It's awful what they do to people.
I was searching for a short term loan one day and thought I'd been accepted but really I was signing up for something completely different. They're happy enough taking the money from people, especially those who don't realise what they're signing up to. They don't like giving the money back though! I personally don't think they deserve a 1 star rating. The company is that bad.

I'm am disgusted with this company they have taken my last £32 out my account, I recently lost my partner this as just added to my anxiety, never did I sign up for this I've had to block my card so they can't take any more money, why would anyone sign up to be this fee when they have no money I will be contacting them Monday to sort this out read all the other reviews you need shutting down

Absolutely disgusting. They prey on people that are already having financial difficulty hence them looking at short term loan websites. They trick you into subscribing and take money from your account immediately. They will refund the money and cancel your subscription if you contact them but their system is trying their luck and hoping a number of people don’t notice so they can make money off these poor people. They should be shut down!

same thing happened to me i 100% clicked no to adding there service and yet they still charged me i phoned them up they took my date of birth and mobile number and told me my account will be closed and money refunded withing 1-3 days and all my details removed within a 1 minute phonecall

I don't know who this company is or why they keep taking money from me, but they don't reply, and they keep continually taking money from my account. DO NOT EVER USE

Nothing but cowboys I never subscribed to them yet they took money from me. I have tried to call them to get my money back but they never answer the phone. They are fraudsters and thieves. I will be reporting them to the relevant body and issue a complaint against them. I have had to block my bank account etc which is a pain so they don't try it again. For all I know they could be passing my card and bank details to Tom d or Harry.

Clicked no on the service as it was on a payday loan application.
Obviously I'm not going to sign up to a service I dont want or need.
However
Customer service was excellent and sorted the situation out straight away!

Have spoken to customer service twice today and both times could not find fault in their service what so ever. Dealt with my refund straight away and even sent me an email to confirm my cancellation. Just waiting for my money. But all in all a happy customer, slighty confused reading through all the negative comments

This company is an absolute discrace I have been trying to contact them for 4 months now via the website, the email address and the phone number that no one ever answers
I have occurred overdraft fines due to this company and have lost alot of money. I have contacted my bank today and I advise no one to get involved but to be honest I have no idea how I became a victim to this company!

Absolute joke didn’t sign up and wouldn’t help me when I called. It’s few days before Xmas and they take money out of a single moms bank account with a 7 week old baby. What absolute joke do not trust or touch avoid!!!

Does anyone have a phone number for this company as the one on the website is an invalid number!! What an absolute scam this company is. I also did NOT sign up with this company as I ticked NO in the box but then had a text to say my report is ready. How can they get away with this blatant fraud? I have emailed 6 times this evening as haven't had the money taken from my account yet and have had to remove all funds in that account to another bank account I have. Please can someone post a phone number on here for me, not the one on their website though!

Opened an email, didn't agree to any money coming out of my account. Less than 1 hour later 32.99 paid out to this company.

Ridiculous!! An absolute joke!! Rang bank and they're looking into getting my money back and cancelled any future "subscriptions" to which I also never agreed!!!!!

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I initially agreeded to 1p coming out of my account which then turned into a further £32 days later I signed up for no such charges whatsoever and have not once used the services this so called 'Company' offer Despite several emails,messages and phone calls to the customer service line(8am-7pm yet nobody has EVER answered) i have had no reply from these thieving criminals and i don't expect to recieve one anytime in the future I have no choice but to take action through my bank and hope further fees can be stopped This fraud of a company should be shut down immediately abd reported Please stay clear of these robbing scum

Absolutely fuming!!!
I initially agreed to 1p coming out of my account but did not agree to this service! I have had £29.88 taking from my account without my consent. I looked online to check this company out and it said I could cancel within 14 days and get a refund. I have emailed them but after reading the reviews on here I'm doubtful I will get a response. So I'm going to ring Barclays up tomorrow to get it sorted.
This company need reporting, taking money without concent is theft!!!
I have online banking so I noticed it straight away, but not everyone will and these con artists are getting away with it. £29.88 might not seem a lot to many but over a year that £368.56 which as a single person is a fortune to me.
PLEASE EVERYONE NEEDS TO REPORT THESE FRAUDSTERS........
