MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. I DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS.
TRIED TO CALL THEM, I'M GETTING A MAILBOX FULL EVERYTIME I CALL. I'VE EMAILED THEM AND NO RESPONSE.
READING OTHER REVIEWS IT'S VERY CLEAR I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE.
SOMEONE PLEASE SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN.

Don’t even know who you are and you keep taking money. Reported as fraud and reported to trading standards

They are taking money from my account emailed them on several occasions with no reply 2 transactions without my authorization

You thieving scumbags, I never authorised you to take £31.83 out of my account twice. I have contacted my bank at fraud department & you are getting investigated. I want the two payments back in my account of £31.83 .... Anyone who reads this review plz be warned and if you have already had money taken out of your bank account then plz cancel your card!

If I could give no stars I would! I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I don’t want this happening to somebody else, they never mentioned about charging me while signing up! I emailed them saying I accidentally subscribed to this can you refund me and cancel my subscription, first they too 0.12p then £35.88, I’ve been emailing them about when I was going to get my money back they said you should’ve had it phone you bank so I did and they’re setting up a claim to help me and this company never cancelled me subscription so money would still be coming out my account if I never phoned my bank! All I want is my money back I’ve got to young kids and £35.88 is a lot when you have nothing during these times! I’ve emailed them 3 times since speaking to my bank to let them know what’s happening and if they just refund me I will phone my bank to tell them I’ve received my money back still nothing the only thing I’ve received was 12p back, and stress from dealing with all of this, if in future you do sign up say whos refunding me and can I have bank details as my bank said they’re meant to give them out! So everyone please avoid if it asks you to put details in don’t do it, this has happened nearly a month ago and I just want my money back.

I have tried calling you so many times since October 2019 till now I’ve sent multiple emails and still no reply till now if I were to count how many times I’ve called and how many emails I’ve sent I’ve lost count !! Why are you taking money from my account you have taken 2 payment of £31 so that’s £62 I called the bank to report you because this report score never answer your call or your email ! Thankfully I got my refund because I contact bank ! But today after so many months you have taken out 2 payments of £0.16 and then another payment of £0.11 stop stealing my money ! I had enough I’m reporting you !! This is illegal to be taking money without my permission you have tricked me and scammed me !

Honestly its been about 6 months since they stole money from me.

I want my money back! I NEVER signed up for this, they are a scam.

I’ve never heard of this company before and they have taken 3 payments of £32 of me, I rung the first time and they said they will get back to me regarding refund, but never heard nothing and seen other people with same issue! I have then following 2 payments taken out my account I’ve tried ring due all this again but just rang through, anyone know what would be my best way around getting in touch? I want my 3 refunds

Disgusting company, total scam artists and about time the Police got involved.
Woke up to find a payment had been taken by this company. Never heard of them in my life. Have checked my Google internet history and no one in our home has accessed this site until we looked up who they were.
Contacted them- phone line said due to Covid-19 they aren't taking calls but leave a message. I also emailed.
Received a response to my email telling them a fraud had occurred, we have never accessed your site, to be asked what email, name and postcode signed up. Pointed out we didn't know, as we had said, it was fraud. They replied refusing to take action or give a refund until we provided this info.
I gave my partner's name as it was his bank account, but said again we had not signed up. This wasn't good enough and again told they need the postcode and company name of who used his bank to illegally sign up.
Clearly this lot are thick as two short planks, if I knew who had done this I would be reporting them to the Police!
Had to ask NatWest for a chargeback and to block them, but they've warned they could decline the chargeback.
They are an absolute disgrace. Looking on here this is a dodgy outfit and I will be reporting to the ombudsman and to Action Fraud and suggest others do as well so they are closed.

Stop scamming my money you thieving scum. I'll be contacting the appropriate authorities and governing bodies and then the police. Stop taking 31.83 randomly. I need that money to pay rent and for food. I am currently unemployed you evil c***s!!

Woke up to find £31.98 taken out of my bank account contacted my bank who've stopped any further payments but said to contact them. Don't hold out much hope as no answer on phone and sure will ignore my email so annoyed 😩 don't remember even using them not what I need when struggling to feed my kids

Does anyone have a number or email I can contact so I can get a refund and cancel future payments please?!

Taken money out of my account, which fair enough I missed the fine print on a tick box but have turned their phone lines off and ignoring messages.

This is not a company this is FRAUDSTERS and a SCAM!
Please cancel your debit card with your bank to stop further payments,
and speak to your bank to get the transactions reversed. I don't know how they can
get away with this in todays day and age. I never signed up with them,
and applied for a loan where i was told they would take a small 0.16p payment from my card,
this is how they got my card details. Just ring your bank, and cancel your card, I have reported them to watchdog,
and also online fraud.

They charged me 31.99 pounds without my permission... Stay away people

Joke. Have been taking dribs and drabs from my account £1.18p here 94p their every couple of days ! All in im £39 down after numerous emails and complaints i was left alone for 40 days finaly thinking it was over.... nope up the smornin and £2.65 report score. Have no idea how they got my details as i have not applied for a loan or to see my score ! Finaly got them on the phone ! Wee will see 0800 023 5478
