I’ve had my last money taken from me and I didn’t even go through with them :(

Exactly as everyone else says. They trick the money from you even though you don't apply for their service. The bank won't help you get it back either, it's disgusting. I'm contacting watchdog.

Fraudulent thieving scumbag organisation. You look over loans, the company claims they need to confirm your account, robs you of 29.95 and 12 pence. The first draft obviously checking if they can draft without flagging security then another just under the 30 pound limit to avoid requiring a pin.

Talk to your bank, these people are thieves, my Mrs was being robbed for £31.83 a month, barclays have refunded her for last month and are looking into earlier payments

Absoloutely disgusting. I’m left skint. £29 they have taken out twice. I am livid. I didn’t even sign up for this. They shouldn’t be aloud to get away with this

The same took 12 pence then took 29.99 with out my consent terrible especially now when lots of people needing loans. scum firm avoid

Total scam i didn't even check the box when applying for a loan these companies need to be outed for there practices they just put people into more debt shame on you people and double shame on the people working there you know what its all about and yet you do nothing well karma will strike and then you will realise what wrongs you have done

They took 29 out of my bank and it was to pay for my phone I don’t have enough now, scum bags don’t even warn you that the taken the money out, going to report to the fraud banking department

Would give it 0 stars but can't they've taken money from my account £29.95 I've emailed and had no response so will be taking this further absolutley disgusting customer service.
So just spoken to them on the phone.they can't deal with it on the phone and because it's Friday they won't get an email i send now until monday!unlikely to recieve a refund as its not within the 14 day cooling off period....it doesn't matter that I didn't even know I was signed up to it

Seriously people avoid this company it's nothing but a scam £29.95 a month for a service you don't even use and then they take the mick when all your trying to do is get your money back that they wrongly took in the first place.

Scammer they are ,after taking money from my account and saying they will only refund 2 last payment .well they f**** me and I’ll tell u they will regret the day the ever stealing my money .just watch

I’ve only just realised they’ve been taking £31.99 every month since January!!!!!
I certainly didn’t sign up to this company and i have no idea how they managed to get my details!
I suffer with m.s and need all the money I get.
Rang this morning to be told I can’t receive a refund because they didn’t receive this months money “because I stopped them in their tracks!” they could clearly see I’ve never used their services as well - whatever they may be!
Steer clear if you ever search for anything to do with credit online.
Surely these reviews are enough to shut them down!!

Signed up to another service. Was never clear I wud suddenly be charged by this company. No email agreement received from this firm????. Cancelled as per this companies policy, received confirmation. But yet no refund????????

Please call ‭0161 710 2753‬ to claim a refund and closure of the account. They are very helpful and have just processed by 2 payments that were taken. Very efficient. Be mindful they deal with up to 20 companies so explain its report score.

Everyone i have found the parent company the number is 01617102753 they tried to deny that they owned the company until i said to them what is says at the bottom of report scores website.
